"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at this house. It was a cute little house, decorated nicely, with three bedrooms with clean, comfy beds and a kitchen stocked with some essentials, notably coffee. Our host was very gracious and communicative.I would definitely recommend, and the next time I have business in the area, I will be staying here"

"Property was just as shown in the listing. Great little neighborhood and a lot of thoughtful touches to the home. It felt like staying in someomes home, versus some rentals which feel more like staying in a barebones house about to be sold. Love the house and the area. I felt comfortable with my 2 year old in the home (limited breakables, step stools for her, nice front porch, deadbolts on areaa she shouldnt get to). We would def stay here again."

"House was very clean and everything is new and in great condition. Enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Towels, towels, and more towels. No need to worry about towels, they have it covered. Candy and coffee on the counter is a nice touch. Plenty of spices and condiments as well.We’ll be back soon!!"

"Easy location to baseball/football stadiums and a number of restaurants."

"We needed accommodations in KC for a 6 day stay. We found this cute, very homey house to stay at. We really enjoyed the layout of this home and the large, fenced in backyard. It made traveling with a large dog so much nicer. Everything was so clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Kristen, our host, was always available and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!"
