"Nice quiet neighborhood with nearby walking paths. Close to shopping and dining along with recreation options. Nikki was great - greeted us on arrival and was great with communication. If you are traveling with small children, the unit has a lot to keep the kiddos busy and entertained. Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all necessary items for our short stay."

"The townhome was very clean upon arrival, the check-in process was simple. We enjoyed our stay. The living room was a little small for all of us, but we managed. The kitchen had the basics and enough table wear for the group. The listing said it was 5 minutes to BYU. It's more like 15. Plan accordingly."

"Incredible stay! The hot tub was nice and hot (and clean), they had plenty of extra blankets and towels, and although we didn't use the kitchen it had everything we could've needed.I didn't love the parking situation, as I had to drive UP a curb to get into the spot, but it was a minor inconvenience in an otherwise perfect getaway."

"A very charming and cozy house. Clean and nicely decorated. The host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and recommmend it to family and friends. Check-in and Check-out was super easy. The location is perfect whether you need to travel within Provo, Orem, or the surrounding areas. And, our host Nathan was prompt to responding to any inquiries. "Really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean and organized. I am usually disappointed in something at another vacation rental, wishing I had booked a hotel instead, but I can’t say that I was here.The highlight for me was the shower. So much water you gotta be careful not to drown yourself. We cooked quite a few meals here and they had everything we needed. Enjoyed making hot chocolate and cider that they had for us with their kierig. Plenty of room for some family to join us for a movie...
