"Stayed at a beautiful villa in Koh Samui and had an amazing experience. The view was absolutely stunning and one of the highlights of the stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. Staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout. Would definitely recommend hiring a car to get around the island more easily. Overall, a fantastic stay and would happily return!"

"Booked a cabana plus and had an amazing waterfront view. Well appointed rooms that are clean and stylish with great toiletries. Excellent yoga classes with multiple offerings every day, and absolutely amazing included brunch. Really excellent staff and although the property does have a lot of stairs, there is a golf cart to drive you uphill if you don’t feel like climbing up. I hope to come back sometime soon. "

"My first room had a severe leak from the AC unit however once I reported it, they got a technician to fix it within 5-10mins so that’s good. This room also had extremely poor water pressure, showering was a nightmare. I reported this and they said they’d get a technician to look at it but he couldn’t fix it. "It was a last minute booking for us and didn’t have a lot of choices - we got lucky. A sweet little resort off the main drag. Although lots going on around us the resort was quiet. Staff were amazing and the rooms and pool area we well maintained and very clean. Will stay here again."

"Amazing double aspect views of the Ocean. A very calm, clean and relaxing hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast and dinner at Dr Frogs were excellent and tasty. The pool was has views towards Chaweng Nioi and there is access to the sea via the rocks rather than a beach. If you do prefer a more sandy entry to the water, the hotel is a short 5 min walk to the southern end of the beach at Chaweng Noi, where you can also find other places to eat and drink. "

"Nice hotel near Lamai beach, which is a more laid back part of the island. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from, but not a lot o shopping choices. The pool area is nice area to lounge, overlooking the beach. The breakfast buffet for an additional $11 was a good deal for what you get - a variety of Western & Asian cuisine that was so delicious. We then discovered a hole behind the sofa and droppings inside the kitchen cupboards, which was a clear hygiene concern. To their credit, the staff on site responded quickly that evening and eventually relocated us to another room. "Our stay at The Spot Hotel was one of the worst we’ve ever had. When we asked for insect spray, the owner, Mr. Frederic, rudely said: “This is not a five-star hotel; you’re being too demanding.” The room was dirty — stained sheets, weak shower pressure, an old A/C that barely worked, and a filthy minibar. "I found this to be a very nice hotel. The location is excellent, both in the town and on the beach. Even with its close proximity to one of the main roads in the town, it is nice and quiet. It is slightly tired but, well maintained and clean. We had a late flight home but, had to check out at noon. We enquired about a late check out however, instead of a late check out, we were allowed to store our luggage and when we returned from the beach, we were allowed to use a vacant room to shower. ...
