"We stayed 3 amazing days at Palm and could have stayed many more. Our bungalow was one of the simpler ones but we heard they have more rooms to choose from, so if you are looking for a little upscale room we are sure you can get it. 2 hour boat to arrive to this little paradise with its own private beaches, excellent food and drinks, cozy restaurant with nice wifi and people full of smiles. We took the afternoon boat tour for snorkelling, fishing and watching the sunset. Also we did the small...

"Eine tolle Unterkunft mit schönen Bungalows an einem Traumstrand mit Palmen. Wir waren total überwältigt! Weißer Sand und türkises, kristallklares Wasser waren dort vorzufinden.
Die Liegen am Strand waren bequem, mit dicken Auflagen versehen und weit auseinander.
Unser Beachfront Bungalow war sehr geräumig, mediteran eingerichtet,das Bad modern. Der verglaste Pool mit Liegen darin hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen, gerne haben wir darin einen Cocktail getrunken und der Blick zum Strand war...
"This was an incredible hotel and it was luxury staying in one of the luxury tents. The tents had everything you needed and the beds were incredibly comfortable.
I couldn't speak more highly of the staff, everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and friendly.
The beach was beautiful and I'd highly recommend getting a scooter and visiting the other beaches - especially Sok San! 10/10 stay. "
"Buildings are old with little upkeep. Trash being stored behind pool and volleyball area behind mesh wall. Breakfast food is the same every day and boring. Food is not warm. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old.
Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore.
The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone.

"Es de los mejores hoteles de la zona sin ninguna duda. El personal es muy agradable. No te ponen ningún problema.
Lo malo, falta limpieza tanto en la habitación como las zonas comunes y dar mas confort al viajero. No hay agua caliente, no cambian las toallas y falta mejorar las instalaciones del complejo.
Como detalle, cuando llovía mucho nos mojaba la cama y eso no tendría que pasar…"
"Hardest bed I have ever tried to sleep in. Bathroom is crammed in so you have to stand over the toilet to shower. Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioning was good. "
