The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Kata Beach, with charming little shops along the way. If I have the opportunity to return to Phuket, I’d definitely choose to stay here again. "

"I went to Karon for 3 weeks for vacation. I had a very pleasant stay at Mellow space. The owner Dave, wife and staff where fantastic and very service minded. The rooms are quiet, clean and the air condition works without fault. The hotel also got an resturant with a good mix of asian and western food, I highly recommended the restaurant. Next time I return to Karon I will definitely make mellowspace my first choice. The hotel is great."

"In general we really enjoyed the hotel and the services and would recommend it; but you need to be aware of few things. Karon is a bit the "family/laid back" part of phuket. If you want to party all the time Patong might be a better option for you. The hotel is far from the beach and you will need about 15 mins walking to go to the beach. The hotel has a shuttle twice a day but its only one way. If you plan to go to the beach all the time, this hotel might not be the best option. Said...

"We stayed for a very cheap price compared to others and wondered why when we saw the very nice room and the good location of the hotel (main street, close to the beach). When at night we started smelling the toilet we thought that was the reason (we had read of sewer problems). "We stayed for 7 nights and were super happy with our stay at Centara. Our spacious room was in the Tropicale wing which has been newly renovated. The breakfast buffet was great and had a lot choose from, the staff even made us oat milk lattes every day.
