"Staff were truly excellent. So friendly and ready to help us in any way they could to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We primarily chose the hotel based on reviews we had read regarding the wonderful staff, and it was true!
Delicious a la carte daily breakfast that was included in our booking was also great, with the choice to have as much as you wanted.

"Der Service vom Personal war super, man würde herzlich empfangen und die Wohnung war auch toll ausgestattet. Ohne Backofen kam man trotzdem gut zurecht. An sich hätte man alles was man zum Leben braucht. Die Lage war ebenfalls top da man nur 5min zum Strand oder zum Supermarkt brauchte. Selbst in die wundervolle Innenstadt hat es nur 15min mit dem Omnibus gebraucht wofür man für ein Ticket 1,20€ gezahlt hat."

"We have spent really good time at Cretan Dream Resort, especially thanks to the Staff. Even though the weather was not so good they suggested us places to visit when raining. Everyone has been really helpful with our requests, reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. Breakfast was so rich and the food was of really top quality : there were many local products like cheese, honey ,fresh fruit, many quality of bread, jams...I would stay there again in the future."

"Old room with terrible matress and pillows. Bathroom got floded after every shower and staff where mostly rude and unfriendly. Only Hotel in Crete where I was no treated as a cherised guest but more like a burden.
Only hotel out of 3 I stayed in the Island that charged the sunbeds.
