"Sheets had holes in them, towels had hair on them and toilet paper was like holiday tissue paper. Breakfast was meh. Paying for parking is crazy. I would never stay here or recommend this hotel."

"Overall this was a great place to stay. The views were excellent and the pool/bar are was awsome. The only negatives I have are. The water pressure in the room was horrible. The shower pressure was awful. And the jacuzzi jets didn't seem to work very well. No bubbles. Buy other than that it was excellent."

"Great view! But the room and halls were so hot. Rooms smelled like onions. Another person staying in the hotel made a complaint and was told it was the new curtains. The floor in our room could have been cleaned better. We had so many moths and beetles in our room at night. My kids saw them coming out of the vents. Unfortunately, it was not worth the price paid."

"Let me tell you, you cannot be the bang for the buck! The rooms are no frill but exceptionally clean. The best I think is that the place is directly across the street from the beach and the hotels across the street are over 2 times the price and they don't include breakfast either. Highly recommend this place if you are coming to the barrier island just for the beach, you can't beat the price, and I have been living in the area for 6 years!"

"We were on the fifth floor They were doing some major carpet cleaning before our arrival Unfortunately, the fifth floor smelled like sour milk had been spilled, smelled absolutely horrible. Luckily, the smell was not noticeable in our room #501. I reported this nasty smell to the front desk."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The check-in process was quick, and the staff were very friendly. We enjoyed the rooftop restaurant and received great food, drink and service. The room was clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again."

"The manager Brittany was amazing. My mom had a crown fall in the sink and we asked her to get the maintenance guy- she said that unfortunately they don’t come to work u til night time (it was 8a. When I approached her ). Within an hour she had called in the maintenance guy and he got u to sink and found the tooth !!!!!! This is above and beyond service we are very grateful and thankful she saved us thousands of dollars and it was very caring. She deserves a raise for sure In addition to...
