"Our room had a leaking broken sink and water flooded the floors as soon as we checked in and used the bathroom sink. The water was draining through to the floors and created an unsanitary mess. Then the hotel has no free breakfast. The staff is very warm and nice but the management needs to fix the rooms. The pillows are not the best either. Please purchase some nice fluffy ones. Bad hotel that's not value for the money paid in the Uluwatu area . Great customer service."

"Unfortunately a bit of style over substance here. Beautiful villa, great view and stunning pool.
However, awful roads surrounding the villa, nowhere is walkable, lots of noise from stray dogs, bikes and from the town below. Whilst some staff were lovely, they weren’t proactive. Food left going mouldy in the room and not removed during cleaning.
We had a power cut which was out of their hands, but we had to contact them to find out if there were any battery or solar lights. After a couple of...

"Orama Bali is a wonderful hotel! It is beautifully designed, very clean and is situated on a cliff overlooking the Indian Ocean. There are many shops and restaurants just steps away from the hotel. Most importantly, the staff are exceptionally kind, friendly and helpful, whether transporting my luggage, or arranging a ride through Grab. They even gave me great advice regarding site seeing in Uluwatu and Jimbaran. Thank you so much Orama Bali team!"

"A nice spot but over priced. More rustic and natural than the pictures make it seem.
Cons:
- The path to get to the property is rough. They send many messages warning you, take them seriously. However the staff was very helpful with getting our bags up the treacherous steps.
- Didn’t look like the pictures. The pictures look much cleaner and better maintained.
- the monkeys. There is nothing the hotel can do about this I understand. But be prepared. We stayed in the “romantic room” which had...

10/10 Excelente
There is a big parking lot for cars. Breakfast was good. I could not find maple syrup for the pancakes and orange juice one of the 2 days of our stay, but the rest tasted good including the chicken. Place was quiet and bathroom was with shower and a seat. In the floors there are different heights in the corridor so small steps and ramp are present. Near mall, atm and other services at walking distance.
