"This property is a stunning gem away from the heat and bustle of Galle Fort. A beautiful pool and a sea breeze is definite respite during the day A 5 minute tuk tuk ride will take you to the Fort. The rooms are large. The beds very comfy. The shower was perfect. All decorated simply and in keeping with the building 150 year age. Then there is Mohan who appears like magic when you need something. He is kind and friendly, the perfect host..if he offers to make you a traditional lunch or dinner...

"We stayed for 10 days and this hotel was perfect. Two pools, never too crowded, well maintained. Public areas and rooms very clean. Room had a great balcony, lovely sunset view. The staff are brilliant, so welcoming, helpful, always cheerful. We only used the restaurant twice and the food was good both times.
