"The hotel was very clean. Great ambience . The location was perfect for sightseeing. And walking . The staff were very friendly and they made us feel at home. The one thing it didn’t have was a microwave . Don’t carry leftovers from all the amazing food you will eat in Toronto. Good thing with the location is there were many restaurants all nearby. So we didn’t mind going out again to eat . Also hotel has a restaurant."

"The room was great, comfortable bed, however the lack of a table or desk to work on was inconvenient. Could really remove the mini bar space and provide a table or something. Staff was great. The Lobby is very cramped quarters with not a lot of options if not wanting to spend high prices at the Alder. Thankfully there are plenty of options outside of the hotel."

"We stayed in the King + Sofa Bed suite at the Residence Inn for 3 nights. Overall our stay was great and the hotel location was very convenient. The staff at the hotel were 5 stars, very helpful and always in good spirits. Breakfast was included and a great selection of food, including coffee options such as cold brew. The room itself has a full kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge etc., so you could prepare your own food if needed. The mattress on the sofa bed in our room was not...

"Enjoyed our stay very much! We were 2 people & our Boston Terrier dog. The place was VERY clean, comfortable and smelled so good. Even though we brought our own towels and extra kitchen stuff, it was well stocked with everything needed if we hadn't brought extras. Towels, blankets, herbs n spices, dishes, cups, tea, mugs, plates, utensils and the most important * perk coffee maker* toiletries etc... I was very impressed at how dog friendly it was. Great view from the balcony to the park...

First of all, it’s called Toronto hotels, and suites when in fact, it is not a hotel, but in fact, a condo from trying to retrieve your keys from the condo itself with no unattended parking space is available no concierge to help you even if you needed help. Running up to the 31st floor, grabbing the keys, running all the way back down to get my car an hour, trying to find parking space that I had paid for which when we arrived was already...
