Troba hotels a Platja de la Gruta de les Falgueres, Santa Cruz i rodalia a partir de 74 €

"Overall it was nice but I was in the street side and it was very loud, had to use white noise to sleep. Otherwise it was a nice room."

"We booked our room for four days and were very happy to find that this hotel was in the center of everything we wanted to do. It’s close to the beaches, the redwoods, and close to some really great restaurants. It was clean and it was quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, close to everything, reasonably priced hotel."

"This is a nice hotel, great location for families; you're very close to the boardwalk and the wharf. I will def be back. The sunrise from the balcony was a nice touch, and at night, when it's quiet, you can hear the ocean. Everything was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Popcorn was available in the afternoons, and coffee and tea were available all the time. Oh yeah, the breakfast is a nice addition as well. We ended up walking to downtown for dinner, which wasn't too far."

"Very nice property"

"Great stay"

Other problems included: coffee was generally not hot; though we were told we would get two free breakfasts, all that ‘counted’ was a very small continental breakfast, not one of their regular breakfasts; I ended up with pending charges for one room even though I prepaid on Expedia; there is no...

"I liked how open it was, the view from outside our room was pretty. The staff were really helpful and nice, when we needed a diffrent set of sheets and more blankets it didn’t take long at all! There was no problem with parking at all. After a shower, the floor were puddles in water, there was lots of condensation all over the walls and both sides of the door, you can see the paint peeling off the walls. The wifi wasn’t working. We brought our Xbox to play but it wouldn’t work even connected...

"Everything was just fine but the air conditioner squealed each time it came on. I did not report it until the morning but the staff apologized and noted my concern for maintenance."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay at Santa Cruz very clean and quiet in the front desk gal is very kind and friendly"
