"Rooms were clean, staff were pleasant and helpful, daily servicing was well done. Only problem was that we checked out at 8.00am and reception doesn't open till 9.00am, so there was no obvious place to leave our room keys. We slid them as best we could under the rolltop. "Old and tired rooms. Convenient location but in desperate need of a Reno. Noisey rooms. Don’t expect to sleep well here. Busy street with Tram, traffic and drunken st Kilda party goer noise. Parking is an extra $25 per night. So keep that in mind when budgeting and comparing options."

"Within walking distance to St Kilda Beach and just a 20-minute tram ride from the city center, the location is absolutely perfect. It’s surrounded by plenty of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets, yet the area itself remains quiet and peaceful. The hotel facilities are excellent; the lounge is spacious and relaxing, and the shared kitchen is very well-equipped. My private room was also roomy and comfortable. "Handy location but the lighting in the apartment section indoor stairwell was not working and it was very dark and the outside stairs were a little risky for the wet weather we experienced. The door to our toilet didn't close properly and the sliding door to one of the rooms had a big enough gap which limited the privacy of those in that room."

"The people where very nice with a caring nature. My bunk bed was quite comfortable. There was breakfast free in the morning. The toilets where messy the acomadation was crowded. The toilets were disgusting."

"It turned out to be an excellent spot to meet our friends & family. Great spot for shopping, loads of fusion & non fusion restaurants, heaps of cafe's to choose from. For those not driving, there is a station close to the apartment. Yes yes, the trains can be disturbing only if you are a light sleeper. But its managable. My room was facing Male street & it was quieter. They provided on-site parking, which was very convenient — no time wasted hunting for offsite spots. The neighbourhood is...
