"Very excellent property with both river and ocean view. Located at close proximity to Bentota beach. Excellent customer service with courteous staff members. Special mention to the Chef Mr. Sunny Mehta who made sure we are served authentic cuisines especially for my senior aged parents. "The location is amazing, you will get an authentic bentota experience here. Most of all the hotel is run like a family, we were taken cared of as soon as we landed, the team there helped us plan everything and take us around bentota. The food they serve was delicious, i really liked the breakfast! And we had an amazing personal tour of the lagoon on the boat safari, where we fed monkeys, saw crocs and even held a baby croc! This was a once in a lifetime trip! I reccomend staying here if you want...

"Das Hotel ist im Stil einer alten Kolonialvilla augestattet,sehr stimmig und geschmackvoll. Der Garten, der Pool, Alles sehr gepflegt. Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, waren die Preise im Restaurant (völlig überteuert!) und dass den ganzen Tag Musk lief, die ja in dieser Lautstärke nicht jedem gefällt. Schade, es könnte ein richtig superfriedlicher Ort sen. "

"Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay."

"The bedsheets and mattress were wet and some moist smell was coming. One half of the bathroom sliding door was broken. The beds are very small for twin beds’ size. There was no proper process/queue for check-in. It was not managed properly and anyone was coming in between and was checking in. The hotel seems to be overcrowded. The beach was not accessible. There were stones and fisherman boats were there which made the water smell oily and bad. The only good thing in hotel was swimming pool and...

"Stannade där i 3 nätter, bra service från hotell ägaren som var trevlig. Polen fin men vi ville mera vara vid havet. De körde en till stranden gratis med tuktuk vilket var riktigt bra, stranden är fin men det finns så många finare stränder och städer på Sri lanka som jag mer skulle rekommendera att besöka. Helt okej vistelse men skulle inte välja att bo här igen."

"The staff was so nice. The room was large, 4 post bed, mini frig, beach and bath towels in room. It was very clean. Balcony was nice with sturdy chairs and table. View was nice over pool. Free beach chairs. Can by drinks/food- everyone there also nice. Good place to rest, be at beach, breakfast good, restaurant/bar in hotels right there. Thank you for a good stay!"
