The sand in front is great, albeit a little hard due to rains, and I'm not sure how often, but the property manager even kept it raked several days! "Lovely 3 bedroom home associated with the outstanding Placentia Beach Club - pool, beach, restaurant. Easy walk to town on the "boardwalk" with its many restaurants and shops.
