The space
Built with an open floorplan, Casa Chillotta is completely surrounded by windows to maximize views of the lagoon which directly borders it. You can even catch a few peeks of the ocean just across the street!

There’s nothing more relaxing than sharing morning coffee or evening cocktails with the Hummingbirds as you gaze across the calm waters at the mountainous skyline.

The resorts up and down the Peninsula open their doors to the public, so you’re able to enjoy their restaurants, swimming pools, beaches, hammocks, and Happy Hour specials to experience some different establishments while you’re here. When you are done enjoying the area activities, you get to return to your private, peaceful, idyllic escape!

There are fun events throughout the year in Belize. In Placencia, you won’t want to miss the Cacao Festival in May and the Placencia Lobster Festival which coincides with the Fisherman’s Day Saltwater Fishing Tournament in June.

Guests have full and private access to the home and entire property. The property has a fenced in yard, a timer light that is on dusk to dawn, in addition to a motion light as you go up the front steps street side, to help you navigate your surroundings.
