Sit back and relax at Casa Blanco. Or if you're into adventure, this a comfortable home base while you explore all that Belize has to offer. This private home features high beamed ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, and has a bright open floor plan that includes a covered lanai overlooking the lagoon and Mayan Mountains - and the sunsets.....incredible!! Lots of wildlife & fishing in the lagoon along with potential manatee & dolphin siting's. Relax in air-conditioned comfort or enjoy the tropical breezes by opening windows and using the ceiling fans. This home also includes flat-screen Smart TV, free fiber-optic WiFi, washer & dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen to provide all the essentials of home. Take a dip in our refreshing dunking pool and then sit back and relax on the patio. It's all here!

What's nearby:

This home is located in the Maya Beach area (approx. mile 15) and is situated right on the lagoon. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Maya Beach boasts world class restaurants, couple of beach bars and a grocery store (all within walking distance). Placencia Village is about 6 miles to the south where you will find numerous great shops, restaurants, beach bars, vegetable stands and music to enjoy . If you're coming to Belize for the adventure, you have plenty of options - Belize is an amazing natural wonder with the 2nd largest barrier reef in the world. Exceptional diving, snorkeling, fishing, hiking, bird watching, kayaking, Mayan ruins, cave tubing, zip lining, jungle hikes and waterfalls as well as cave spelunking. Our local Manager can help you setup your excursions to Monkey River, the ATM cave, deep-sea fishing, zip lining, diving and snorkeling tours. He can also set you up with a golf cart or car rental. After a day of exploring the many wonders of Belize, return home for a refreshing dip in your private dunking pool!

Excellent stay!

Beautiful, quiet, very comfortable. Couldn’t have been better! Sunsets really are amazing. Very private, you do need a car or golf cart to get around. Very friendly property management staff. Comfortable beds, each room had a/c so temperature can be well controlled. Area seemed very safe. Highly recommended!!

Beautiful Place to Get Away

The house is beautiful and much nicer than the pictures show! It’s very quiet, except for the birds and lizards making noises. My daughter named all the lizards in the house “Squeaky”. We saw manatees (mating) in the lagoon right next to the house. We also did several Belize adventures that kept us busy.

Private and serene

This property is as advertised. Beautifully furnished and decorated, comfortable, convenient location for Placencia adventures. It’s a bit of a drive to the Mayan ruins, but we loved the property and enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon. Leo is wonderful and very responsive. Was perfect for three couples.

Fantastic home for the holidays

Our stay was perfect. The place was clean, beautiful kitchen with all the cooking needs and Tupperware! Which came in super handy with kids. Beds were comfy and the views were fabulous.

Ideal location if you plan to explore more than Placencia

The house was just as pictured but it doesn't begin to describe the calmness that the area brings. If you spend anytime out on the porch overlooking the lagoon, you'll understand. All of us spent the majority out there drinking coffee, planning our next adventure, or listening to the evening rains. Location wise it's great for a 15 minute drive into Placencia, or 25 minutes back to the highway if you plan to visit Hopkins, Cockscomb, or any other destinations. There is a store at the end of the road leading to the house, which came in handy several times. The pool is a bit cooler than you expect and way deeper than it looks. Great for cooling off after you've been in the sun all day. I would stay here again over any of the resorts or condos.

Beautiful home

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at Casa Blanco. It is a beautiful gated home with a lovely view of the lagoon. The best part was being able to walk to the backyard and fish. We caught several fish and found the fish-cleaning station to be very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with every necessity you may need for cooking and/or cleaning. The only con would be that the dining table is located on the outside balcony where the mosquitos can be quite annoying. Overall, we enjoyed the home and would love to stay again.
