Omni William Penn Hotel
"The property itself is beautiful. Unfortunately, buildings aren’t built like this anymore. The staff was very helpful with dining recommendations and directions. Great location to access downtown or using the T to get to a game on the north side or taking in the beautiful views of the south side. ..."

"The property charged me for something in error at the restaurant. After 15 min they took it off but then reversed it once I was home. So now I have to spend more time on this issue. Frustrating."
