"I loved my stay here. It was only one night, but I will absolutely stay there again if I’m in the area. The room was basic, but cute and incredibly clean. "This hotel is very new. We had a pleasant stay for our one night visit to Pittsburgh. The bed was very comfortable and the property was quiet and well-maintained. The staff was helpful and courteous. There was a continental breakfast included. The location was close to restaurants and a movie theater in walking distance. There is a great fitness center and indoor pool included. We will return here during future Pittsburgh visits."

"Faucet handle came off with first use. Tried putting it back on. Water would not stop running, called staff and they couldn’t fix it so they just turned the water off to the faucet and was told to use the water out of the tub to wash hands. AC did not work. Hotel seemed to be rundown. No microwave or no mini fridge in the room. Highly do not recommend."

"The room was spacious and clean. Bed was good. Bathroom had a slight mildew smell but looked pretty clean. Water was either cold or really hot with low water pressure. We only stayed one night so we made it work. Breakfast was super busy and smaller area so we skipped it."

"Property was right across street from PNC park which was great. Parking was very limited due to construction next door. Was charged $27 a day to park the car and were told if we left to drive somewhere they wouldn’t guarantee a spot to park when got back so had to walk everywhere and not go places we wanted to see. Should let people know about parking. Other than that the property was great and staff were very friendly"

"The room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good. There were a few challenges though. The pool that is advertised (the reason we chose this hotel over another BTW) is no longer open. In addition the toilet in our room ran the entire time we were there and the tub's overflow cover was not attached and sat on the corner of the tub leaving the opening gaping and ugly."

"This is the first time I have made a negative report about any hotel-- stay somewhere else.
The property is a rehabbed luxury home from the late 1800s or early 1900s--probably the home of a Pittsburgh robber baron. There is no staff. We arrived about 2:00 P.M. and found an individual working in the restaurant kitchen who was able to get us to our room.
The room was unique and only 34 stairs up a very old and steep staircase.

"Boggs Mansion was excellent! I was getting married so I stayed here the night before and the the night of my wedding and the staff was amazing!! He even was so kind to upgrade my room to a larger one so we could all get ready without any upcharge! They were so kind and willing to help with everything, made us feel so welcomed!
