"While the room was clean and the hot springs were wonderful.. there was a lot left to be desired in the staff. While friendly on the surface, a lot of grumbling under their breath. It was unfortunate that the 13+ rules were never enforced.. allowing little kids there. The infinity pool and cascading ..."

"This is a very rundown old motel that's VERY dated. There was no kitchen service, no food, TVs weren't working, and the pool was freezing. Luckily for me, I only required a one night stay on a motorcycle trip. I won't be going back!"

"We enjoyed our short stay at Shavano Vista. Our family needed a place to stay for a wedding, and this was the perfect home base for us. Lisa was very accommodating and communicative with us. I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the property!"
