"I stayed here for one night. The reception staff on arrival and departure were very friendly and helpful. The barman was also very pleasant. The room was clean and the coffee machine with pods very welcome. Ot was also reaonably prixed. I would definitely stay here again. "

"All staff were freindly and very helpfull, bedroom good size, cossy nice and clean. Mattress very comfortable. Room was nice and warm, Could do with light above coffee and Tea station We were in a Access room I have small scooter. Will be booking a room again really enjoyed our stay."

"Staff genuinely friendly, polite and are always happy to be helpful, even above and beyond the call of duty. That coupled with the well kept and gorgeous building and surrounding land, made my stay perfect. The atmosphere and ambiance of the hotel itself, and then the back drop of a beautiful sky and horizon, and the woodlands surrounding, it’s just the perfect place to quickly, but with slow luxury, be able to unwind and recharge at the same time. Rooms always spotless, the pool is fabulous....

"The staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, breakfast was massive full Scottish, brill. Rooms were great, not 5 star but were comfy and clean. Atmosphere at the sands was great, locals are very friendly and I would defo book again, hats of to the hard working staff."

"The property was clean, quiet and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find complimentary milk, bread, jam and tea at the property as well as a welcome note and small reference manual for our stay. Of particular note were the sunrise and sunset ocean views both from the property itself and on the half-mile walk from the property to the train station. If you take the train from Edinburgh to Kinghorn in the evening, you might catch the sunset over the bridge- Gorgeous! We had a lovely time...
