The 48 m² property features a living room with sofa, a kitchen, one bedroom, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 2 guests. Amenities include two TVs, air conditioning, and a washing machine.
A small shopping center is only 100 meters away, and you can rent bicycles or scooters nearby. There is a bus stop right behind the building, making it easy and convenient to get around.
