Bright and well-decorated, the open living room is splashed in sunlight and displays an oversized sofa, a large smart TV, and beautiful forest views. The adjacent well-equipped kitchen positively gleams with its marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and sizable breakfast bar.

Cooled by central air and adorned with soft linens, both of the bedrooms provide restful sleeping quarters. Everyone will love the bunk room's board game collection, and the adults of the group will appreciate the cabin's private washer/dryer.

Less than 14 miles from your front door, be sure to check out Pinetop Lakes Country Club, Woodland Lake Park, Mountain Meadow Park, the White Mountain Nature Center, and the Mogollon Rim Trail. Please note that White Mountain Summer homes country club is a members only club. This includes access to both the restaurant and the golf course.

Things to Know

Camping trailers are not permitted on the property.

The HOA restricts motorcycles, quads, ATVs, UTVs, and dirt bikes within the gated community.

This property is managed by Vacasa Arizona LLC.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
