"The cottage was our home away from home for a week while visiting our cousin who is going to school at UM in Ann Arbor. The home is a short drive (25-30 min) from the Big House, so it was perfect for a UM football weekend. If you're looking for a quiet escape with EVERYTHING you could think to need for a week on the lake, this is it. Our family of 5 had an amazing trip out from CA. Can't wait to be back."

"We were there for UofM graduation and this house was a great place to stay without being in Ann Arbor. There was plenty of room for all of us. My only complaint is that the house seems to be in process of getting some improvements that are much needed. Things like paint, fixtures, some small holes in the walls were definitely due to be fixed or replaced. It was clean overall."

"This was perfect place to gather our family. We thoroughly enjoyed the back porch with the view of the pond and wildlife including deer, turkeys, turtles, cranes, geese, ducks, raccoons and we could hear so many birds including peacocks. The children chairs, tables, books and toys were an appreciated touch. I would rent again given the opportunity. "

"This was a wonderful stay, we visited the University of Michigan for a visit and dance team clinic. The location was perfect close to everything, shops, restaurants, and bars. "The house was so relaxing and perfect for our family lots of space. The pontoon boat was definitely worth the money due to was able to go out on lake as much as we wanted. Neighborhood is really only 1 big block and worth walking around not sure golf cart was needed. Loved having access to the basketball hoop."

"My Crew stayed here for a job at Michigan Stadium. This Place was great for us, Even though we were here for a job. We felt right at home, Everything we needed was here along with a great host to accommodate us. I would recommend this place for a Family as well. Everything is near to house with lots to do. thank you again for letting us stay at your Comfy Home."

"Our family really enjoyed staying here. The property is lake front, perfect 3 ft sandy depth for kids to play all day long. Kids really enjoyed kayaking while the dads enjoyed the aluminum fishing boat. Property is clean with all the amentities needed. The owner is super friendly and is only a call away if needed. I would recommend to all families looking for that upnorth feel without the long drive. We have rented through vrbo for close to 10 years and this is the best one we have been to yet!...

"Nos encanta llegar a este hotel porque está super bien ubicado, el servicio es muy amable y sus instalaciones son muy bonitas. Aunque le hace falta un poco de luz en los closets de las habitaciones. Seguramente regresaremos muchas veces más."
