I reserved a king sized room with a balcony overlooking the mountains. Indoor & outdoor pools and a hot tub. I got extra fees, dirty rugs, broke shower rod, broken curtains. Soda pop had been poured in the sink. The bathroom had a smell.Our balcony. Was very tiny and over looked the back of restaurants. The love seat was stained. The out door pool had green slime on the walls and the water looked green. The indoor pool was cleaner but in poor shape. The hot tub worked great but was outdated. Oh yeah and the soft drink machine was broke. It took my $2.

The first set of room keys didn't work so we went back down (7th floor) and got another set. The second set of room keys also didn't work and we had to go back down again and I guess the staff thought we were doing it wrong and came back up to test the second set which still didn't work. Staff went back down and came back fifteen minutes later to put us in another room stating that the card reader wasn't working. There was no air in the hallways and it was over 90 degrees outside. We finally get into a room and the room was almost 90 degrees. They tell us to turn the air on and it will cool off. We set the air on high on 62 and leave for dinner. We return a few hours later to a room that was still 87 degrees. It took ten attempts to call the front desk which I had to use my cell for half of due to the room phone not working for staff to only offer a box fan for the inconvenience. It was cooler outside than in the room, it felt like the heat was on. So we didn't sleep because it was suffocatingly hot. Meanwhile the neighboring room screamed, cussed, and audibly hit her small son the entire time we were there. It was awful I wish we had just slept in our car at least we would have had air.

Unfortunately this property was subpar at best. Checked into the first room there were black stains on the sheets and other stains on the comforter, and to add to it there were “hairs” on the night stand… Moved to room 2, same stains on comforter and not as noticeable black stains on the sheets, but also as hot as the 7th gate of h*ll. Tried a fan, the air conditioning and still nothing… Moved to the 3rd room of the night….walk in and greeted by a full size refrigerator in the middle of the room, why it was there I’ll never know, physically moved it across the room to the correct spot, only to discover the tub was completely rusted around the drain, and a freshly patched hole in the wall leaving a large white visible patch mark for all to see… Jasmine the night auditor was absolutely fantastic, very empathetic, understanding and went over and above to accommodate… Neil the other front desk employee was absolutely terrible, combative and lacked any sort of empathy to even assist me. Thankfully Expedia was on the line to hear the entire interaction with this employee…still taken aback by his poor customer service.

This.place could be nice in right owners hands. I paid 30 mlre to gwt in 3 hours ealy bc i have son with autism. Well we.get.thwre no towels.i.asked 5.times.each time.i was.told.beong washed this was days apart.I bought them. Well the breakfast is a.lie.thwy have old.molded.bread and stale.raisan brand i think oj machine does t work oy.thing nice if ur a.s.omer.thwre is a.balconly..i.woukd.never ever.stay here again or and both pools.was.slimy so dirty

We stayed on a Saturday night (07/19/2025), there were no towels in our room. When we asked for towels, we were told that “the maids haven’t washed any yet”. We were given only 3 hand towels, and we showered and dried ourselves with hand towels. I have stayed at plenty of hotels, and not once have I ever encountered this, until now. I guess if you plan on staying here, pack a few towels just in case.

The manager was rude, that staff was nice. We had some problems with the water (shower) wouldn't work the manager came in to look at and suggested we didn't need to shower every day we told him is wasn't in option we needed to and then he on loosened the bolts and the water came on. It took them the next day to get the TV to work properly and breakfast that they serve complimentary was a pan of eggs unheated sausage watery gravy and just enough to feed the the first few guests no more then 10 people and wasn't restocked knowing he was booked almost full

It was dirty and the pool was disgusting and when I told the front manager they said it would get handled and it never did. The hallways and elevator smelled like wet dog and 5 days of me being there I never had anyone offer me new towels and when I asked them for new towels the lady looked at me crazy! I didn’t even have a toilet paper roll in my room but had a moldy watered wall!! When I pulled my bed back I was greeted with someone’s hair!! Never again!!

The room itself was good but the air conditioning was horrible. We had to go by a box fan and put in front of the air unit to circulate the air to cool the room down. We called the front desk to have them check the air nobody ever showed up after several calls. The pools were dirty and not cleaned. The breakfast was terrible. They had very watery gravy and it was cold. The eggs were cold and nasty.

The room was fine, but the lobby had a strange smell. The pool was green and had algae in it, plus they said no smoking in the hotel itself. As a result,the outside of the hotel was littered with cigarettes butts. We only stayed one night, and breakfast was supposed to be open for everyone by 7am, but still wasn't ready by 8am, so we checked out and ate breakfast elsewhere.

Don't plan on eating breakfast, first day we came down, 30 mins. after it was to be served, 7:30 to 9 am, there was nothing to eat left and no one restocking, we had to go out to get breakfast. 2nd Day: Come down at 8 am, nothing was prepared, and there was leftover sausage gravy left out from the day before.That was gross. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay it was clean and nice.

The only redeeming quality of this hotel, is that it’s about a 10 minute drive from Dollywood, & the view of the mountains is pleasant. The entrance can be extremely difficult to get in & out of if traffic on the main road is bad. And when we arrived, we walked into the room we booked was dirty… really dirty! So we had to wait a little while, to get another room. And when we got our new room, our new room keys didn’t work all the time. So we went to the front desk to get new ones, & those didn’t work consistently either. The breakfast was lack luster, & honestly salty. And the breakfast area was so bland & outdated. Honestly, you could find more cheer in a graveyard! The whole place is outdated & dirty! The elevators are run down, all of the carpets in the building are smelly & dirty, our AC barely worked, running with bulls would be easier than getting new towels, & the new tiny towels we finally got, were dirty. We didn’t get in either pool out of fear of turning into the creature from the black lagoon. Because each pool area was uniquely disgusting. You better have good cell service, because the Wi-Fi was basically nonexistent. We could only be on it for maybe 10 minutes at a time before it randomly cut out.
