This unique Condo-Cabin is fully renovated with high-end finishes and brand-new appliances located just minutes from the Pigeon Forge main strip. These cabins were designed to feel like a cozy luxe hotel. Each unit is perfect for families and friends traveling together that want the privacy and aesthetic of a beautiful boutique hotel.
The property could be rented individually as 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units or collectively as a six bedroom/six bathroom triplex.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: PLEASE READ!
1. Do you provide toiletries? We provide starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. It is the guest’s responsibility to provide these after the starter quantities run out.
2. Can I rent multiple units for a larger party? Yes, please inquire with the property manager to rent one, two, or all three units. An adult must be present in each unit.
3. What does the kitchen include? - The kitchen has all new appliances including a dishwasher and microwave and is fully stocked with normal kitchen items plus a crock-pot, rice cooker, roasting pan, waffle maker, toaster, blender, a Keurig and a French Press, Tea Kettle, various size pots & pans, meat thermometer, turkey baster, mixing bowls, glass pie pan, baking sheets, and a rolling pin.
4. Do you provide any baby items? - We provide a pack-n-play in one of the bedroom closets, a high chair, and children's serving utensils.
5. Are pets allowed? - Yes, up to two dogs are allowed. We have dog bowls provided. $100 non-refundable pet fee. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the unit unless they are in a crate (which is provided). Dogs are not allowed on any of the furniture or beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture will incur an extra cleaning fee of $200.
6. Do you provide a grill? - Yes. There is a gas grill outside.
7. What linens are included? - We provide linens for beds (including pillows), bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and hot tub towels.
8. Is the hot tub cleaned after every stay? - Yes. The hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every stay.
9. Is there a fireplace? - Yes. There is an electric fireplace in the living room.
10. Is there a fire pit? Yes, we have a wood-burning fire pit in the backyard.
11. What time is check-in and check-out? Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is 10 am. We provide contactless check-in and checkout.
12. Where is the nearest airport? The nearest airport to the triplex is McGhee Tyson Airport in Knoxville.
13. How many parking spaces are there? The parking area in front of the unit can accommodate 2 cars.
14. Do you decorate for the holidays? Yes. We decorate for Christmas after Thanksgiving until January.
15. Is the hot tub shared with the other units or is it private for just our family? No. This is private to the guests renting this unit only.
16. In case of a power outage, does the Villa have a backup energy source (generator)? Unfortunately, these units are not equipped with a backup generator.
