Not clean, don't waste your money

Made to look like a cabin on the inside but it's in a residential neighborhood. House was not clean. Told them it wasn't clean and they said they'd request a reclean. We went to Dollywood all day but was not notified that an actual cleaning was done. Communication was lacking. Left after the first night and got a hotel. Will not book this place again. Our feet were black within the first 30 minutes. I went to wipe up some water drops in kitchen and towel was black. Fridge shelf was still broken from older reviews. Dead bugs by back door and spider webs with huge spiders in corners. Basement rug was not vacuumed as there was visible dirt and grass on the rug. Beds were hard with thin pillows. Stairs outside and inside are unsafe. Was not offered a refund for cleaning fee or anything. Super waste of money!

Great location and overall ok

The location was great, although we did have a few problems. One of the refrigerator shelves was broken and our oven not working properly. We notified them about both and they put work orders in however the shelf didn’t get fixed and oven still didn’t heat properly. The dishwasher was not clean and had food in the bottom of it. No cable, we had to log into our accounts on their smart TVs. Also didn’t have many kitchen pans or anything to scrub them with. I would also suggest full mirrors for each of the rooms. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Location and Property

Overall this property was really nice. The location is very convenient to many attractions and dining. The house was very clean and everything was ready to go when we arrived. The check-in process was a little lacking as we did not receive the property address until the check-in time. Also the checkout time was very early and made our last day somewhat stressful.

missing bedding

The cabin wasn't very clean and pillow cases were missing from 2 of the rooms. There was also no extra blankets in the cabin and only 1 trash bag for our stay.

Worked for our crew

The house is very accommodating for multiple couples. It’s a cute house and has great amenities. The beds could be upgraded, they are extremely hard. My husband swore we were sleeping on two box springs. The cleaning crew could do a better job on the dusting. Downstairs bedroom dresser had fingerprints in the dust. Baseboards were pretty thick in dust as well. The house is in a pretty good location, and close to attractions.

Beautiful View

We did not get to check in on time.4:45pm. We were told the property was still being cleaned. Ironing board No iron. We requested extra towels and an iron after management called to check on us Saturday. Minor details because we had a great time in beautiful home. The view was priceless. We would recommend this home. Read the policy about the towels. I am just seeing it. Being towels and an iron.

Dangerous stairs and porch

Dissapointed. Presents well on internet, but not so great in person. Beds are worn out and so is living room furniture. Probably won't rent through you and we paid exorbitant price for 3 nights. No hand rails going up steps to front Porch. Steps are not regulation, too high. I fell into yard. Gash in leg, but not required Doctor. But I was bruised and sore rest of trip. Not fun.

Have stayed here before, really nice house. This year when we checked in the heat pump was not working& the house was 82 degrees. After several calls we were moved to another house. Appreciate Shai that helped relocate us so my family could have a great vacation! Thanks again

could have been better

A few things would have made the stay more enjoyable: pot holders, a cookie sheet, lids for the pots & pans, sink drain plugs, a ball for the foosball table. The dishwasher rack was broken, microwave turntable was broken and the floors were dirty. Location was pretty good, quiet neighborhood and convenient to the strip. A nice neighbor warned us that there were bears on the property recently.

Great location, beautiful house

We rented this property for a family reunion. It comfortably accommodated 8 of us. Several of the members of our family were elderly so having 3 bdrms on the main floor was the reason we chose this property. Very good location, you could be on the parkway in minutes! Only downside was check in was supposed to be at 4. We had tickets for a dinner show and needed to check in to change for our show but wasn't able to. We didn't get the email to check in until 5:37. That was the only negative experience! Not sure I'll use VRBO again, for this reason.

The house wasn't as clean as I expected forcthe cleaning fee they charge, downstairs was dusty, there was a light out in the laundry room and did not get fixed, dirty towels in the washer, that did get corrected, old coffee and filter in the coffee pot, plenty of space buy cleanliness was an issue, my 5 year old 's feet turned black, we had to keep our shoes on

Smokey Mountain Egroup Retreat

The ladies of our egroup were quite impressed with the property. It was very clean and everything needed was available. It convenient to all of the tourist areas. We felt very safe and will definitely be planning a return trip.

Our Stay at Mountain Crest View

This was our first time using VRBO so we were unsure what to expect. We loved everything about our rental especially watching the sunrise from our deck. The location was so easy to find and the property itself was so clean and very spacious. We will be using VRBO again and our teens would love to stay at this one again.

Beautiful Property

Amazing property, our family loved our stay. We loved the beautiful view from the back deck, the beds were comfy, everything was clean and well kept. We can't wait for our next visit. Located close to the major attractions but far enough away for peace and quiet. The only issue was the check in process. Check in was supposed to be at 4pm, we had to call at 4:30 to get our lock code for the door. Other than that hiccup, all was perfect.

Very nice house & stay.

House was nice & had several games for family, which we really enjoyed. Several bedrooms & bathrooms which was very convenient. House was in great location to Pigeon Forge. Also would like to note the back deck was very nice really enjoyed sitting out there in mornings. Would definitely recommend.

Mountain crest view review

Rented w 3 additional couples. Guest check in online wasn’t very clear. Had to call customer service for help. We were told we could park our trailers on office lot then GM changed his mind once we got there. Has to scramble to find a place to park everything. One room had no blankets on bed ( luckily we brought our own). Received an email stating someone would be by to look at the pool table, no one ever showed up. I did reach out to office regarding a hole in one of the bedroom walls. Someone came to look at it and just headed on in without saying who he was or what he was there to do. Maybe save repair work for a time when the cabin is not occupied. Someone else came to look again a short time later, not knowing someone else had been there. All remotes were on coffee table in living room. Maybe label them in the future as to which tv they operate. At least Be sure that they all have batteries. Light in laundry room only worked intermittently.

Not exactly a cabin..

If you’re expecting a true cabin high in the mountains… this house is not for you. This is a residential house remodeled beautifully with neighbors all around on a residential street. I will say the location (as far as proximity to restaurants and shopping) is great. Roughly 5-7 minutes from main points in Pigeon Forge. The check in process was horrendous. It clearly stated in their rental guide that you could call at any time to get an estimate of when your “cabin” would be ready. They truly give you NO idea, but do not expect to get to check in at 4:00 as stated. It could be 4:15 or way later. The house was extremely clean but extremely ill equipped. There were no dish towels or rags and no pot holders. The office did call on day 2 around 12:00 to ask if there was anything we needed. By then it was too late and we had “made do”. Great house, very clean, fun amenities - just not exactly private nor does it have that true cabin feel .. because it isn’t.
