This house was perfect for our yearly family Christmas retreat . It fit the entire family with out any issues . It gave my grandson plenty of room to be a typical 2 year old .I can't say enough about the owners , they answered every questioned I had in a very timely manner. The house was very clean and spotless . 10 out of 10 .

We had a wonderful stay, everything was expected and correct by the listing, The host was great with communication. Ease of access to the strip in pigeon forge was easy from the rental, sets off the main far enough not to be in the hustle and bussel but close enough where you can get to everything quickly. This was the perfect place to stay for our family to stay. We were able to cook majority of our meals in the well equipped kitchen, relax in the hot tub, and even enjoy the arcade games. It would have been great fishing if the river/creek was higher, but that is up to Mother Nature. The location made it easy to get to all things touristy and out to nature as well.

Memories Made

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom and Barb’s Mountain River cottage. The community is located centrally to many Pigeon Forge attractions but is quiet and relaxing. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and provided extras above and beyond what was advertised. We made the most out of a crazy heatwave and looked forward to watching sunrises and sunsets from the back deck. Pigeon Forge has so much to offer that we barely touched the surface on activities and would definitely return to this property in the future.

Amazing Getaway Home!

This house had everything we were looking for! It was very spacious and clean! Super close to the Pigeon Forge main strip which is was super nice! Only about a 5 minute drive to the Island or the Outlets! The owner also was very informative and responsive to all my messages! I would definitely stay there again!!! Only thing I would recommend to the owners is maybe upgrade a few of the kitchen essentials such as more pans/cookware and knives.

We packed too much stuff because so much was already provided. The kitchen had everything we needed, even the laundry room already had washing powder and dryer sheets. I loved that the washer and dryer were full sized and easy to operate.We were pleased overall with our visit. The only downside was the creek pic is misleading. You have to climb down the bank but nothing too major. Once in the creek, it was level and able to wade or fish. This was definitely no deal breaker because found few other spots along creek to also get in.

The Perfect House

If you're wanting a clean, affordable, great house that is close to all the attractions in Pigeon Forge then this is your house! All the rooms have king size beds with their own full batbrooms. It also has a large kitchen, large living room and the house is situated steps from the Pigeon River. You will not be disappointed. bayhrooms

Great Location!

This is a great family get away. Perfect size for 5 adults and close to everything. Easy checkin and great communication. Beautiful view. Only negative is it needs some routine improvements/updating and deep cleaning. Not enough towels. Sleeps 8 and only 8 towels. If you have eight people, you have to wash towels every day. Also, dryer had to run three times to get towels dry.
