About the Area
You’ll be staying in a quiet spot with quick access to all the fun Pigeon Forge has to offer. Very occasionally, a nearby facility (about a mile away) may cause an odor—most often on Monday mornings or after humid rain. It’s usually unnoticeable, but we like to keep things honest and surprise-free.

Smoking Rules
Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside the unit. Evidence of smoking will result in a $200 fee—help us keep the space fresh for everyone.
