Great location and soft beds

We enjoyed our stay. This was for a teen birthday weekend and he loved the pool table and hot tub. We all appreciated the soft beds!! Great place to stay.

Weekend Getaway!

Cabin was wonderful, very clean, beds were very comfortable, very nice game room, pool table was excellent loved the Simpson pinball table , hot tub looked almost brand new, it was the nicest hot tub we had ever been in, altogether nice neighborhood, very close to the parkway, but just far enough not to hear all of the noise of traffic, would recommend and definitely stay again!

Relaxing getaway

The property has a nice location. Quiet area, quick access to Publix without having to get on the parkway. We stayed with another couple. Had a great relaxing time. It was nice have two king suites. I would definitely stay here again.

Christmas Retreat

Very close to all of the entertainment. Great house. Gives you the cabin feel without having to be way out in the woods. Two master bedrooms is nice.

Family Vacation

The cabin was great it was in the perfect location. The only complaints I have is the counter tops was very sticky, you couldn’t lay anything on them without it sticking to it and the beds was very hard. Another than that it was great place to stay.

Location!

Location is the best! Close to everything on parkway! Beds are super comfy which is a big deal breaker for my husband and I. This is the second time booking this cabin because we couldn’t pass up the location. It’s super comfy and we love that there is a fireplace in the bedrooms and family room. Also love that it’s easy to turn on with a timer! Shower has great water pressure and gets super hot! Seriously, so nice and we will absolutely be staying here when we travel back if it’s available!

The location was great. Quiet neighborhood. It was a convenient location to all the entertainment venues, restaurants, and stores. Not far from Gatlinburg either. The log cabin was nice but we had some issues. We contacted the management person and she was able to assist us.

Great getaway

We enjoyed our stay. Property was conveniently located near all attractions, clean, well maintained. There was great communication with the property contact about an issue with hot tub. They acted quickly and had someone there to look into the issue. And when it couldn’t be fixed they replaced the hot tub while we out on afternoon.

Uncomfortable beds

The cabin was overall okay but there were a few issues. There were bugs in both jacuzzi tubs and bathrooms. The beds are also very uncomfortable. They are not soft at all and I woke up with horrible back pain after the first night sleeping there. I ended up sleeping on the couch for the rest of the trip. We ended up buying more washcloths cause there wasn’t enough for everyone.

arcade game was broke, pool sticks have damaged tips, upstairs bathroom shower doesnt drain properly, could use some new frying pans. nice place, just needs a little owner upkeep.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. We did however have a few minor inconveniences. Like the light bulb in the downstairs bedroom wasn't installed, (it was changed promptly the next day), and the shower curtain smelled of mildew...but other than that everything was great. The location was close to the parkway but far enough away not to hear the traffic. There is a pretty steep hill to access the home so I wouldn't recommend going in icy conditions. We stayed at the end of January. Over all a 5 out of 5
