    • Check in: 4:00 PM | Check out: 10:00 AM
    • Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
    • No parties or events permitted
    • No pets allowed, including emotional support animals
    • No smoking, vaping, or open flames
    • Primary guest must be at least 25 years old, as required by our insurance carrier, and stay for the entire reservation
    • Third party bookings are not permitted. The person booking must be the primary guest staying at the property and available to communicate through the booking platform during the stay.
    • A signed rental agreement and photo ID are required within 24 hours of booking, or the reservation may be canceled
    • A $500 security deposit hold is placed 3 days before check in and released 14 days after checkout
    • We recommend using a credit card, as some debit cards may process as a charge

    ★ What to Expect ★

    • The cabin sits in a resort style setting with neighbors on either side
    • Cell signal varies by carrier
    • AWD or 4WD recommended during snow or ice
    • The resort is finalizing development in other areas of the property. Some daytime construction activity may occur
    • Wildlife sightings are common in the area. Please do not feed or approach animals, and avoid leaving food in your car or outside.
    • We have regular pest control, but bugs can still get in. Please keep doors closed

    ★ Cabin & Guest Security ★

    • Exterior security camera is located at the front door and overlooks the porch and parking area
    • There are no indoor cameras
    • A noise, smoke, and occupancy monitor is installed inside
    • The monitor does not record audio or video. It only tracks noise levels and air quality to help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment

    ★ TRAVEL INSURANCE HIGHLY ADVISED ★

    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance so your trip is protected in case of weather, natural disasters, power outages, personal emergencies, or other events outside anyone’s control.

    ★ Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy. Any credit card processing fees retained by the payment processor are outside the host’s control and may reduce the final refunded amount. ★

Stayed at this cabin for a week and we enjoyed our experience. After long days exploring Great Smoky Mountain National Park, Gatlinburg etc, it was a nice retreat in the evenings. The pool and hot tub were key to help us rejuvenate. 10/10 would stay here again.

Great cabin! Had everything you could ask for! Great location to everything! Host was great at communicating! Game room, pool, hot tub were great things for the family! Highly recommend this place and host!

Absolutely loved staying at this beautiful cabin. Great location. My kids loved using the basement as their hang out space. Enjoyed watching movies on the projector, playing pool and darts. The pool and hot tub were a plus as well. Great space for our family. Loved the layout of the cabin. Host was great and easy to get in touch with if needed. Would recommend staying here.

Exceptional! Location was perfect and it is a new property! Loved every moment ! All the amenities of the property made it hard to leave! Property owner made clear and effective communication throughout the trip as well. Will definitely be staying here again.

The cabin was perfect for our trip! It’s close to everything but we didn’t even need to leave. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The adults loved the big screen! I would definitely stay here again.

This could not have been a better experience! From the communication with the property owner, to the cleanliness, to the location- this was all around a great place to stay! My 12 and 8 year old sons absolutely loved the indoor pool and pool table! We watched movies on the big screen and basically stayed in the bottom level our entire time. Couldn’t recommend this place more!! Thank you for the wonderful memories and experience!

This property was brand new and looked just like the pictures. We had kids from the ages of 4 to 15...and there was something for everyone. It was the perfect location. We spent the day hours doing tourist things and were happy to head back to this VRBO in the evenings to use all the amenities. It was pretty cold when we were there and the indoor plunge pool, outdoor hot tub, and gas fire pit were perfect. This location was in a newly developed area, and we felt VERY safe. The host was AWESOME and was easy to communicate with.

First off location is prime! You are so close to everything. The hot tub was hot and it was private with some greenery to protect you from the neighbors. The pool was warm and there was also a heater in the room. That added bonus was an actual bathroom inside the pool area for convenience. The property was very clean. There were also many conveniences with everything that you would need.

We had a great stay at this cabin this past week, with four adults and four kids, aged 1,3,4, & 6. It looked brand new and everything was just as pictured. I really appreciated the host’s attention to detail in every aspect of the property. He was very communicative, sending reminders about check-in, check-out, and pool cleaning times, as well as sending a very detailed guide addressing any questions we might have had about the cabin’s amenities.Everything in the kitchen was clearly labeled, and there was oil, spices, foil, and even baggies available to use. I always bring a few kitchen things with me, since I’m never sure what or how much of the starter supplies will be available. We ended up using a few of our own dishwasher tablets and an extra roll of paper towels, and that was it. Anything else we might have needed was supplied and in great condition.The beds were all very comfortable. We had several young kids in our group, so I appreciated the twin beds, instead of bunk beds you usually find in cabins. There was also a pack n play provided in the master closet. The washer and dryer both worked well and there were plenty of hangers provided in all the closets.The pool was very nice to have, & it was a good temperature and size for our group. The hot tub was also great. There was construction going on around the house during the days, but we expected that and weren’t bothered by it.We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to anyone staying in the area!

Absolutely wonderful cabin! Right near everything… close to The Island for reference. The property is practically brand new with more cabins being built all around. The cabin was like the wrapper had just been taken off lol! Communication with the owner was SUPERB and so specific prior to and during the stay. Never felt like a bother when I needed to reach out on a couple occasions. Warren even called for 1 issue to make sure all was well. Been to Pigeon Forge many times in the past but this was the BEST trip ever… just wish it was a longer stay. Property was well stocked and up to date on all the technology. Game room downstairs was out of this world. It’s like the cabin was well thought out and every single space was planned accordingly. I would not hesitate one bit to rent from Warren in the future and HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone looking at this property as a potential trip to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg.
