The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining area provides a cozy spot for meals, and the living room, with its comfortable seating and fireplace, offers a warm atmosphere. This level also includes a half bath and a washer and dryer for your convenience.

The main floor deck includes a hot tub where you can soak and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views. It's an ideal spot to relax and appreciate the natural surroundings.

The top floor hosts a bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub, and a private deck for enjoying a drink or a quiet moment.

The bottom floor features a second bedroom with two king-size beds, a twin daybed, and a trundle bed, making it perfect for families or larger groups. This room also has a kitchenette for light meals or snacks and a private bathroom. A cozy fireplace on this level adds to the inviting atmosphere.

- Well-trained, housebroken pets are welcome. Dogs only. Must be over the age of 18 months and vaccinated. Dogs may not be left alone in the home unless crated, there is a crate available for use. $35 per dog, per night. Dogs only, no cats due to the owner's severe cat allergies. Due to insurance policy breeds with a bite history may not stay at the property. No dogs with a personal bite history are permitted. This is an insurance limitation and not negotiable. When booking please message with the dog's age, vaccination status, and breed.

Please note that we do not provide baby gates and do not allow them to be pressure-mounted due to damage to tongue and groove.

NOTE: Government ID required to be sent when rental agreement is signed for booking to be accepted. Primary renter must be age 25 or older, and must remain on site for the reservation term.
