Goldilocks' Honey Pot: Near Dollywood! Family- & Group- Friendly

**PARKING IS TIGHT!!** The cabin can only accommodate 2 vehicles. Parking for pick up trucks is possible, but may be a bit challenging if the parking spaces at the other cabins are full. Please make other arrangements if arriving by RV or if you are towing a boat or trailer. There is a slight drop when entering the subdivison and a slight incline when pulling up to the cabin. A 4x4 is not necessary.**

The location doesn't get any better than this! Tucked away in Woodridge Village, this cabin boasts not one, but TWO outdoor community pools! This cabin is a short distance to one of the community pools. The cabin is located right off the Parkway and is a 6 minute drive to The Island & a 15 minute drive to Dollywood. It is less than a 25 minute drive to Gatlinburg in one direction and to Soaky Mountain Waterpark in the other direction. You.Are.Central.

You'll enjoy the brand new 55" Roku TV in the living room while lounging on the comfortable couches. There's plenty of dining space at the table and countertops and the kitchen is stocked with dishes and cups for days! Both bathrooms have a jacuzzi tub for your enjoyment in private if you're not up for soaking in the hot tub under the whimsical string lights. The screened porch allows you to enjoy the outdoors whether it's sunny, rainy, or snowy! There is a natural gas grill available for whipping up delicious meals. There is a full sized pool table upstairs with lots of other board games! There are 2 king beds, 1 full/queen sleeper sofa, and 1 full/queen futon.

The community pool is currently closed.

Signed rental agreement and $250 security deposit required.

Security cameras record both driveways and the first entrance. There are no cameras around or pointing at the hot tub. Audio is NOT recorded.

Beautiful cabin

Cabin is just as described. It is beautiful and very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Driveway up to cabin was steep and a little slick with leaves on it. Any issues i had was immediately taken care of. Owner was very quick to respond and also followed up.

Parking area was too close to other cabins and cabins were too close together. It was difficult to maneuver our Chevrolet Suburban. However, the cabin was very nice and the property manager was one of the best we ever dealt with

The cabin was charming and fit our needs perfectly. Parking was a bit tight but we made it work. Would liked to have had a better view while sitting on porch but truthfully we were content staying inside. Location was spot on.

Meh

Good Nice cabin. Nothing overly fancy, but serviceable. We enjoyed the pool table. Hot tub was used one night, remember to turn up temp before you decide to use it. Owner was very responsive to the texts sent as one of the entry locks was acting up. Not so good Owner had signs up everywhere stating what you would be fined for, so that was a bit off-putting. Beds are rock hard. The last day we were there, we had ants in kitchen sink despite the fact we never used kitchen. Parking is tight! If you drive an SUV it is a challenge to fit. Admittedly, the ad does say this but they are not kidding.

Beautiful cabin

The Cabin is off wears valley road in a pretty community and Close to the parkway, you don’t have to check in to an office, they email the door code, very responsive owner when we had a question. Cabin was stocked really well and beautiful.

Nice log home

Great cabin feel, big bedrooms, love the king size beds and were super comfortable, plenty of room for your stuff, open concept living and kitchen which was nice. Parking is tight but totally understand. Was a great vacation rental for my family of three.

Nice place

Had fun with family and friends at this place. Very close to the town. Only dissappointment was there is not a ' view' to look at but none the less would absolutely recommend the place as we were having a lots of fun in the covered hot tub wothout being affected by the rain!

Very Cute Cabin!!!

Booking was an easy process! I had to change the date of our stay and the property owner was wonderful. Whenever I would send a message with a question, she was very quick to reply. The area is very nice and the location is very convenient to everything. The parking is a bit tight but we did not have a problem at all as we prepared since it is listed first thing in the (About) section of the comments . The cabin is very cute and still had the Christmas tree up which was wonderful as we met up with family to celebrate the New Year. Plenty of dishes and cooking items available. The game room was a lot of fun, they even had brand new games which you hardly ever seen when renting. The only con that I would give would be that the Cabin was pretty clean except it was a bit dusty on the 2nd floor in the bedroom and bathroom. ***I know we will be return guests to this cabin for sure!!!

The cabin was absolutely perfect! Location was ideal for a getaway.

The stay was great! Close to town yet you feel secluded. Everything we needed was there meaning fully equipped with our needs. I highly recommend this cabin to any family. Parking was a bit tight but didn’t bother us.

Close, convenient, friendly owner

Booking and property owner were wonderful and easy process! Location is great, parking is very tight!! There was a huge, steep hill we didn't know about. The cabin floors were very dirty and some outlets didn't work. The hot tub had a terrible smell, it eventually got fixed. The cabin is an average place. It was too small for our group but we made it work. Kitchen is tiny. Laundry area is in the main bathroom, very inconvenient. Refrigerator blocks some of the cabinets. Overall, we were able to enjoy ourselves! Beds were okay, sheets not comfortable at all! Sleeper sofa was crooked, needed fixed! Cabin needs some tlc. Otherwise, we enjoyed ourselves! Great weather and close to The Island!
