Welcome to Friendship Mountain Retreat! This amazing 6000 sqft 3 story 12 bedroom cabin is located in the Sherwood Forest Resort. Located just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Dollywood this cabin is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, church groups, and weddings! Boasting ample parking, upscale furnishings and amenities such as a private indoor pool you will surely find that Friendship Mountain Retreat is the luxurious Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!

Main Level:
The entry level of the cabin has 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, a spacious dining room, kitchen, and living room with picture windows!

Gather the family in this beautiful kitchen with granite countertops, two of all major appliances, and seating for 24 at the two log dining tables and an additional 5 at the bar! It is furnished with all the cookware and tableware necessary to create that perfect family meal. Kick back on one of the 3 comfortable sofas in the living room and let the electric fireplace cast a relaxing glow or catch up on your favorite television show! Or perhaps enjoy a cold beverage in the enclosed wet bar, complete with a roll up deck door and a large HDTV perfect for catching up on the big game!

Enter into either bedroom located on this level and you will find a King size bed, HDTV, and attached (shower) bathroom.

Step outside onto the deck where you will find an outdoor dining area with picnic tables, as well as a fire pit if you just want to relax and take in the incredible mountain air!

Upper Level:
Upstairs features 7 bedrooms! 5 of the bedrooms on this level offer King size beds (2 of which have a futon for additional sleeping accommodations), HDTVs, and attached (shower) bathrooms. 2 of the King bedrooms share front deck access while 2 other King bedrooms offer a private electric fireplace for those cozy evenings in. The remaining 2 bedrooms offer 2 sets of Queen size bunk beds, HDTVs, as well as attached (shower) bathrooms.

Lower Level:
On the lower level you will find the game room, washer/dryer, indoor pool, deck access, theatre room and three bedrooms.

Enter the game room & show off your trick shot on the pool table or try your hand at the poker table. There are also 2 futons for additional sleeping accommodations. Grab the popcorn and snacks while you take in a movie in your very own theater room complete with 9 theater style seats, futon, and a projector for that true cinema experience! You will also find a washer & dryer on this level for added convenience. As if the game room and theater room are not enough to keep you busy, enjoy hours of memory-making in the private indoor pool!

After a day of sightseeing, retire to one of the 3 bedrooms on this level each offering a King size bed (1 of which has a futon for additional sleeping accommodations), & HDTVs. 1 bedroom has an attached (shower) bathroom, another bedroom has an attached (tub/shower) bathroom, while the last bedroom has a jack-n-jill (shower) bathroom that conveniently connects to the game room.

Step out onto the deck where you will find a soothing hot tub to bubble all your worries away.

Overall, this was a great space for our family and friends to stay together. Though it could use a little TLC; shower curtain missing from one of the bathrooms, condensation build-up in air-conditioning unit caused some cooling issues. But all and all, it was a wonderful stay. And we even got to see a bear!

Excellent large cabin. We had 13 people. Only 2 were couples, everyone enjoyed own bedroom with private bath. Spectacular Views! Pool, hot tub in excellent order. Home theater was an awesome adventure, though the sound as it is is kind of weak. Only a 15-20 minute drive to Dollywood and Splash water park. Everyone loved those. Also hiked in Smokey Mountain Park. Then back to enjoy the huge deck, which is awesome for afternoon and sunset! Enjoyed the pool table, too. Because the ceilings are so gorgeously high, the stairs to bottom and top floors are long. Best to let elders have the 2 very nice main floor bedrooms. Enjoy!

Work Retreat

Nice house with mountain views. Enjoyed the large number of bedrooms and bathrooms and large kitchen/dinning area to accommodate our group size. There is a nice bar area, outdoor deck, pool, pool table, and hot tub. The pool jets and waterfall were not operational during our stay, but the pool was functional and warm. A little wear and tear on some of the exterior doors and on the cook wear in the kitchen, but overall, a nice property and worked well for our company retreat.

Disappointing cabin

We planned this family reunion for three years. The floor plan of the cabin was great. Problems began right away with a filthy floor. The cabin was very rundown and needed attention. The theater room projector did not function until they came out the last day and replaced it. Deck chairs broken, roof leaked on upstairs bed, locks on bedrooms and bathrooms not functional. Kitchen was not stocked well with cooking pots etc. Many more issues.

Great Views

Cabin sits high atop mountain with great views and large windows. Spacious kitchen. Indoor pool was great with waterfall. Having a bathroom with each bedroom was nice for couples. Only downside was projector was not working, but the manager contacted us after the stay and helped to resolve the issue.

Friendship Mountain Retreat Stay

The property was immaculate, the only slight issue was the hot tub was a little dirty, but it was an easy fix and management was very receptive to our wishes. The rooms were very spacious and it was exactly as the listing showed. My family and I loved every minute of it. There were approximately 33 of us and we were very comfortable in the cabin. The only suggestion that I might add, is there should be more cooking pots to accommodate very large numbers. However, I will give the cabin and the stay an outstanding and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

Spacious, clean & family-friendly cabin close to all the action!!

This cabin rental was perfect for our family of 21. Ages 5-65. We all had plenty of space and the features were exactly as described. The best part was that every bedroom had a private bathroom. And there was plenty of hot water!! House was stocked with everything we needed. Pool and hot tub were great. The rocking chairs were very nice as well. I would rebook this cabin again without hesitation. The driver to Dollywood was perfect. Great overall experience.

Family Week

This property is very nice and is large enough to hold a large group comfortably. We did have a couple issues as always with a property that is well used. Broken pool door lock, broken back door frame, and A/C going out. The rental company came and addressed these items except for the back door frame in a timely manner. Better descriptions and futon availability in rooms would help when planning with younger children.

50th Birthday Trip

Being a traveler I must say This cabin was beyond amazing it was plenty of room for six couples the cabin was clean stock with all the dishes and utensils that you needed. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay again. My husband and the crew was overjoyed. We had no issues during our stay! Every bed was comfortable the game room movie room and the indoor pool was phenomenal! I would give 10 stars if I could.

Amazing Cabin

The cabin is awesome. Everything that was described online is exactly what we had inside the cabin. Very spacious and accommodating. I sent an email of minor problems just as a note so they wouldn't think we did the damage and they sent maintenance the very next morning to fix or put in a ticket to replace.

Family reunions

The property was nice and new. The setting was absolutely beautiful. We had a large family group of 40 people and never felt too crowded. There was always a quiet place to just sit and read. The only issue we had was checking-in which was a little late and required driving to the property office - 30 minutes away because no one answered the phone,
