This trip was a surprise B-day party for my wife, and we were sharing this cabin with another couple. The Cabin itself is beautiful and cozy.I found out the last guests had signed out the day prior to our arrival which meant the Hot Tub would be drained that day (Friday), I was really hoping to have the water heated before we got there. No one cleaned the cabin Friday but yet waited to clean it Saturday finishing it as we pulled up to cabin around 3:55 for our 4:00 p.m. arrival. The Hot Tub was as cold as Tap water, then I checked the Gas Grill, 1 of the 2 Burners were broke. After we unpacked and got settled we found we only had 2 coffee cups and 1 glass to drink from.....after talking to the Property Manager she explained the owner was willing to refund us 30. And later on (after we had been there for 2 hours) we got a text saying the owner would refund the whole amount if we wanted to leave, to which I declined...we were all settled at this point. I was hoping to get a bigger refund of our 320 charge but I guess we should be happy with the 30. I messaged (I thought the owner) about the whole thing explaining I really thought this was a Property Manager issue and Not the owner. We made the best of it, just really disappointed how this all played out for my Wife's Surprise Bday gathering.Ron Holt
