This cabin is located in The Forge Cabins and Cottages, a new development in the heart of downtown Pigeon Forge. The community is known for its beautiful design, walkability, and unbeatable location. You’ll be seconds from the Parkway and only 5 minutes from Dollywood. Dozens of restaurants, attractions, and shops are within walking distance, and multiple entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are just a short drive away.



Getting Around:

🛻 Easy, Flat Access – Downtown Location 🛻

• Flat, paved city roads all the way to the cabin

• Located just off the Parkway for easy driving or walking

• 1 designated paved parking space

• While 4x4 is recommended for mountain travel in the Smokies, this cabin is easily accessible without it in normal weather conditions



Other Things to Note:

• Must be 21 or older to book this cabin

• This cabin sleeps 4 guests maximum

• The cabin features parking for 1 vehicle maximum

• Easily accessible on flat, paved city roads

• We recommend 4x4 wheel drive when traveling elsewhere in the Smokies during inclement weather

• Electric fireplace is seasonal (October–March, depending on weather)

• Keurig coffee maker and regular drip coffee maker — bring your own coffee

• Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.

• Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.

• Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.

• We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

• Property Access: Your privacy is important to us. While we do not anticipate needing to access the property during your stay, authorized management, maintenance, housekeeping, or service personnel may occasionally need to enter for inspections, repairs, maintenance, safety concerns, or emergencies. Whenever reasonably possible, we will make every effort to notify you in advance. If we are unable to reach you, do not receive a response, or immediate access is reasonably necessary, authorized personnel may enter after knocking and announcing themselves, or immediately in the event of an emergency, as permitted by applicable law. We will always respect your privacy and strive to minimize any disruption to your stay.

• Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use.
