"If you don‘t get what you have paid for .. Beacause the room card we got didn‘t always work, we asked for a second one: didn‘t work at all. The third one (instead of the second): didn‘t work. The 4th didn‘t work. AC in the room: didn‘t work. Large SPA, but Both saunas were broken, the Whirlpool empty ..."
