  • Welcoming farmhouse situated in panoramic location in the beautiful area of Val D’Orcia. This property comprises 4 units (one is occupied by the owners) and offers a well-groomed garden, a private furnished area for all of the 3 apartments and a nice pool.
    This property is in easy access to charming little villages and small towns such as Pienza, San Quirico d’Orcia and Bagni Vignone (with nice spas). A secondary road passes nearby the property.
    Distances: Pienza with general stores 5 km away, Bagni Vignone (spa) 5 km, Montepulciano 20 km, Montalcino (renowned for the production of Brunello wine) 25 km away, Chiusi (railway station with trains for Florence and Rome) 35 km, Siena 50 km away, Florence (airport) 120 km away, Rome 200 km away.
    At guests’ disposal: private furnished outdoor area for all of the 3 apartments, garden with shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,4 m – open from 01/05 to 30/09), barbecue. Shared laundry.
    Extra Services: Baby bed available upon request € 26,- / per week (to be paid on the spot). Maid service by arrangement (€ 10,- / per hour payable locally).

A beautiful property in a beautiful setting. The owner is obviously very proud of his home and takes great care to ensure that everything is well maintained and clean. The owner had limited English but we didn't find this a problem. Having some form of transport is essential as the property is about 15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. We didn't find the close proximity to the road a problem at all. We would definitely return.

The owner had limited English but we didn't find this a problem. Having some form of transport is essential as the property is about 15 minutes drive to the nearest supermarket. We didn't find the close proximity to the road a problem at all. We would definitely return.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a wonderful location close to both Pienza and San Quirico by car. There is a beautiful view from the pool and we were in swimming a lot to cool off (it was very hot during our stay). Grocery shopping is best in San Quirico at the Co-op. Friendly and very helpful owner. The apartment was spacious with good sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a wonderful location close to both Pienza and San Quirico by car. There is a beautiful view from the pool and we were in swimming a lot to cool off (it was very hot during our stay). Grocery shopping is best in San Quirico at the Co-op. Friendly and very helpful owner. The apartment was spacious with good sized bedrooms and well-equipped kitchen.
