"A well placed and staff hotel, just outside the downtown core of Milan. Right next to a metro station, so getting where you want to go is easy. Very close to a nearby mall and many other places to shop and eat. Staff are kind and helpful."

"We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind."

"The hotel was far and away better than I expected.... from the beautiful wood paneling to the walls with cloth wall covering in our room (not wall paper but looks like it) and staff that always made us, English speaking customers, feel heard and special. It is in China town but was safe and nice we walked at 7am thru 11 pm and felt good."

The room was very clean, the air conditioner worked perfectly, but the coffee pot could have used a cleaning, and the in-room refrigerator did not seem to work. The location is great as it is close to the metro and trolley lines. Overall, the room was comfortable and I would recommend it to others."

"Everything was fine and as expected, except the bathtub was those “vintage” freestanding kind. So no way to stand up and shower. The tub drained extremely slowly and backed up in an instant. So taking a bath wasn’t the best experience. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel, and our room was great. The location is the biggest positive."
