Studio 51 Extended Stay Hotel
"No tv, one towel that looked dirty. There were no amenities. The floor caved in multiple areas. Bed has a huge lump making it painful to sleep. Will not return."

Arizona Biltmore, LXR Hotels & Resorts

JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa
"We had a pretty bad experience but maybe they were just having an off day. Lights in bathroom didn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work and then the actual tv wouldn’t turn off for us to sleep. Had to unplug from the wall."

Hampton Inn & Suites Phoenix Glendale-Westgate
"Alex and Maya were amazing and helped me and my disabled husband ck in and we got the wrong room as we wanted to view the fireworks from the room , they were so helpful in assisting with the change and were pleasant its rare now a days to see or get good customer service they were both excellent ..."
