Arcadia is one of the most desirable addresses in Phoenix. We want to offer our home for short term rent to travelers visiting and to share the leafy streets, historic outdoors near some of the best dining and shopping in the Valley of the sun. Our home is 10 minutes from many iconic places in the valley including, growing Downtown Phoenix, historic Old Town Scottsdale, Spring Training Ballparks, Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, Biltmore Fashion Park, and Tempe, home of Arizona State University. We are surrounded by great hiking destinations with some of the best scenic views of our beautiful desert town.

The space
Enter through the front door to experience the natural light gleaming into the spacious living area. The home is great for gatherings as the 2 living rooms and dining room areas are connected and spacious. The kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances with a gas cook top. The inside doesn't compare to the private outdoor space surrounded with trees to give you a tropical feel in the desert. Here you will find a large diving pool, BBQ grill, large covered patio, ping pong table and other outdoor games. Don't be afraid to visit with the chickens on-sight and grab some fresh eggs for your morning breakfast

The chickens are all laying hens. Keep in mind they do make some noise when laying. If renting longer than 2 days, maintenance will stop by to clean and refresh coop. We will work with you on maintaining your privacy during this time.
