Outdoor Conditions:

Please note that due to the natural desert environment and weather patterns in the area, wind may occasionally carry dust, leaves, or dirt into the pool area—even shortly after it has been cleaned. While we maintain a regular cleaning schedule, these elements can reappear quickly and are, unfortunately, beyond our control.



Guest Access:

Entire property is fully accessible by all registered guests in the reservation.

Other Things to Note:

- Pool and spa (Not heated)



Please be guided that the upstairs bathroom may appear a little unusual due to the tiles, which are scheduled to be repainted. However, rest assured there is no functional issue with the bathroom.



If you notice anything that concerns you during your stay, kindly notify us right away so we have the opportunity to check, investigate, and address it promptly. If concerns are only brought to our attention after check-out, we will understand that there was nothing you wished for us to fix during your stay, and as such, no refund or compensation will be issued.
