☀The Cutest Little Studio☀ is located in North Tempe and is sure to not disappoint! You'll be close to it all, half way between Mill Avenue and Oldtown Scottsdale with easy access to some of the best nightlife and dining in the Valley! The unit offers a spacious Open Floor plan equipped with a Smart TV, Full Size bed, Kitchen and parking. All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay. We have 24/7 Concierge Services available to make your time with us more enjoyable!

The Studio is located in Southern Tempe and is sure to not disappoint! It is spacious with an Open Floor plan for your enjoyment! All of the necessities for home will be provided during your stay.

Walk into a welcoming Living Room featuring a large Smart TV, Bed and Eat in Kitchen. Sprawl out on the couch and enjoy a movie or set up on the Kitchen Table for a Game night!

The Kitchen is equipped with all the essentials to make eggs and toast or go all out and make a gourmet meal.

☀Backyard
Shared space with other Unit, is available for your enjoyment.

☀Laundry
Located in the backyard. There is a brand new unit waiting for you!

Check-in time is at 4pm and Check-out time is 11am.

We kindly ask that you try to meet these as best as possible so our Cleaning Team has adequate time for our next reservation.

If whenever possible, we will try to accommodate any scheduling requests we can.

☀Code to Keypad will be provided prior to arrival.

1. Please contact me via Airbnb messenger for any questions.

2. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)

3. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 10pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.

4. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.

5. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so i can effectively prepare for next guests.

6. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $25 charge per each additional half hour stayed.

7. All bookings require the ID of the individual booking and the disclosure of the full names of all guests.

8. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labor, and administration involved.

9. Any extension requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled checkout time will incur a $50 fee.
