Guests must select one of the following options after booking via our Guest App:

- $500 refundable security deposit, or

- $55 nonrefundable damage waiver

This process is handled off-platform and is required for all reservations.



The $55 Damage Protection Program covers accidental damage up to $1500. This does not cover smoke remediation cleaning, lost fobs, parking tags, or garage openers, which are $200 per lost item.



💡 OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

✔ All building amenities are managed by the property management company and may occasionally be unavailable without notice due to maintenance or operational reasons. We are not responsible for temporary closures but will assist in reporting any issues.

✔ In rare cases, maintenance staff may require access to the unit during your stay for essential repairs. We will always do our best to coordinate respectfully with guests. Refusing required access may result in a $100 rescheduling fee.

✔ Units are consistently furnished to the same standard, but layouts, décor, and minor design elements may vary slightly from listing photos.

✔ Required guest verification: government ID, contact confirmation, and potential background screening depending on booking conditions. Access instructions may be withheld until verification is complete.

✔ All guests must sign a rental agreement prior to check-in.

✔ Verification must be completed within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day reservations). Failure to complete may result in cancellation.

✔ A separate post-booking requirement applies for damage protection:

To comply with legal and property security requirements, you may be asked to provide a valid government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification portal, and in some cases, pass a criminal background check.



Your information is collected only for screening and verification and is not stored or used for any other purpose.



All guests must sign a rental usage agreement before their stay. By completing your reservation, you agree to our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that a valid government-issued ID is required before check-in, understand that a background check may be required if mandated by the property manager or owner, and understand that check-in instructions may be withheld until verification is successfully completed.



Verification information must be provided within 24 hours of booking. For same-day bookings, it must be provided within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.





Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

If you experience any issues with the building amenities, please feel free to notify us. We will report these concerns to the building management on your behalf; however, we do not have control over the timing of any repairs or the decision-making process regarding these facilities.



Disclosure Regarding Allowing Unit Access

On rare occasions, maintenance may need to access the unit during your stay to address essential tasks. We kindly ask for your cooperation, as their schedules are beyond our control. Denying access may result in a $100 fee to cover rescheduling.
