Hey welcome to The Sunshine Escape House! LOOK at this stylish and recently RENOVATED 4 bedroom house with over 2000 SQFT, UPDATED backyard, PRIVATE pool, PUTTING green, and outdoor GRILL. Either if you’re here for BASEBALL SPRING TRAINING, to watch your favorite FOOTBALL team play, HIKING, or to enjoy a SUNNY getaway this quietly tucked away gem in a peaceful, centrally located, and calm phoenix neighborhood will be all you need! SECURITY: We have exterior cameras pointing at all entry points for guest and host security. 1 at the front door, 1 top left corner of the property facing driveway and front of the house. 1 facing the backyard entrance.
POOL: No pool fence, practice caution with children.


RULES & FAQs...

GUEST COUNT
- If you have additional unapproved guests, your reservation will be CANCELED with no refund. The amount of guests you book for is the amount allowed on the property, no exceptions.

MUSIC & SPEAKERS
- The music level outside should NEVER be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

OUTSIDE VENDORS
- Outside vendors must be approved by hosts to not violate the additional guests rule. APPROVED Vendors: decorating services, private chefs, yoga instructors and photographers. UNAPPROVED Vendors: DJ’s, Cabana/Pool Boys, strippers and bounce houses.

PARKING
- No more than 4 cars allowed per booking. 2 can park in the driveway and 2 in front of the home. NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBROING HOMES.

QUIET HOURS
- Outside quiet hours from 10:00PM- 8:00 AM.

EARLY CHECK IN?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the time between guests to clean & prepare the home, as well as to perform any maintenance tasks so it will be perfect for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm. You can message us on the day of your arrival and we can let you know when the home is ready for you. If your flight arrives very early in the day, please consider booking the night before so you can check-in as soon as you are ready.

LATE CHECK OUT?
- No. Our home is in high demand! Just as we did for your arrival, we must prepare again for the next guest. If your flight leaves late in the day, please consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure.

LUGGAGE DROP-OFF FOR AN EARLY ARRIVAL?
- No, we are unable to offer early luggage drop-off as our cleaning crew needs the time to prepare the home uninterrupted.

IS THE POOL HEATED?
- NO
CAN I BOOK FOR 1-2 NIGHTS?
- No. We allow 2 night minimum stays and 3 night minimum during events or holidays.

DISCOUNTS?
- No. We do not offer any discounts.

CONTENT TRADE?
- No. We do not offer stays in exchange for content creation.

NO CONFETTI or GLITTER!
- No confetti or glitter allowed on the property. No confetti decor, no confetti balloons. For the love of god, please no confetti or glitter of any type. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

PETS?
- 1 Dog or Cats are allowed must 25lbs or less. Pet fee is $50 not refundable and a $500 deposit. It would be greatly appreciate if you could Minimize pets on furniture.

Property owner canceled less than 24 hours from expected check in

We booked the house 4 months in advance for spring break for a baseball trip. We immediately received an approval and paid in full at that time. Less than 24 hours before we were supposed to checkin the owner messaged that he double booked and canceled our reservation. Although we received a full refund, all other houses were booked so we had to pay 4x the reimbursement to get hotel rooms in the area giving us less space than we had booked. VRBO will not reimburse full cost of our Stay so not only are we out significant money we also had to squeeze 2 families into a much smaller space. Do not trust that your reservation is safe for this house. I’ve never had anything like this happen before so like to believe it is just this owner.

Large upgraded house

House was great. Host was responsive. Lots of space and fun activities. My kids loved the arcade games. The only downside was a security camera in backyard made it uncomfortable for myself as a woman to swim.

Great for low key family gathering.

We had a great time sitting outside by the pool. Love the open floor plan with the kitchen and living area. Very clean and comfortable. Grocery store and Walmart are close by. Bring your own pool towels, we ran out.

Great home for Grandparents

My husband and me are in our late 70. And came to Phoenix to visit our grandchildren and our great grandchildren. This home was perfect for our family gathering. Large enough for all my grand and great. Games, pool, putt putt golf, swimming and even a arcade. Truly a GREAT experience
