Located conveniently (under 30 mins) from all of Phoenix's major attractions, Glendale as well as Scottsdale, this charming vacation home is owned by childhood friends who share a passion for hospitality. As you step into Casa Palmera, you'll be embraced by a sense of tranquility and warmth that permeates the entire space.

1. The pool and Hot tub are professionally cleaned every Wednesday, even if you are staying at the property
2. No lifeguards will be on duty

Our second stay here! We traveled for Spring Training with family in tow, including young kids and older parents. We all loved the house and the hosts are incredibly communicative. We especially loved the hot tub and mini golf. Thank for you opening your lovely casa.

The Pictures made it look better then it was, we had a leak on that was never addressed while we were there so we spent 3 days babysitting a sink every time we wanted to use the kitchen to make meals. A little run down but not disgusting.

Nice place! Beds were comfortable! We loved the pool! Mini-putt was also fun! We loved the outdoor seating area and the TV outside, was perfect for watching the games! The host was very accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had.

Great Pool House Get Away

Great get away house. Rented this property for a mini vacation. Perfect house for families. Had everything you could need. Provide toiletries, towels for both inside and outside pool use. Plenty of floaties to use in the pool, hot tub, fire pit, grill, mini golf and so much more. Something to do for everyone of all ages. Very easy communication with host

Sunny Family Getaway

Positives:- The pool was pristine and became a central feature of our stay, adding to our enjoyment of the outdoor leisure activities.- The house provided ample room for our family, making it comfortable for everyone.- Each bedroom was equipped with a fan, which was a nice touch during the warmer days.- There was an adequate supply of dishes and kitchenware, making meal preparations easy.- The location of the property was excellent, close to a variety of restaurants and grocery stores, enhancing convenience.- The check-in process was straightforward, and communication with the property host was prompt and effective.Areas for Improvement:- Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the property fell short of expectations. It appeared to have been heavily used by a previous group, which affected our overall experience.- The hot tub was unusable and dirty, despite the host sending someone to treat it during our stay. We were disappointed that it did not improve enough for use.- We found leftover party decorations and personal items from previous renters, which detracted from the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property.All in all, we would stay here again.

Great place for families

Amazing house close to everything you need in Phoenix. We were there for Spring Training and loved the hot tub, mini golf and arcade. Kids had a great time running around. Thank you so much for the gold standard hospitality.

Disappointing Stay: Unusable Pool and Poorly Maintained Kitchen

We had a disappointing stay at this rental in Phoenix. The pool was cloudy and unusable, which was a big letdown. The kitchen was cluttered and disorganized, with drawers full of personal items that appeared to be trash, unorganized pots and pans, and no cutting boards. The fridge contained expired and used condiments, which was concerning. Additionally, the house was extremely hot in the summer, making it uncomfortable to cook or even spend time in the kitchen. There were two personal fans covered in thick dust and lint, but we had no choice but to use them to make the kitchen and living room somewhat bearable. Unfortunately, this property did not meet our expectations. Avoid renting this house in the summer.

Perfect staycation

This home has a good location close to freeway access everything you may need is within 10min. It’s prefect for entertaining family and friends beds are comfortable and the backyard space is 10 out of 10. The host responded quickly to a few questions it was the best weekend celebrating my 40th bday.

Very clean, fun, cute property.

Stayed here with coworkers for an expo and it was great. Super clean, good communication, lots of amenities/activities. The neighborhood has some sketchy areas for sure, our gps would not take us directly to the address of the rental, instead taking us to an abandoned house. But that isn’t the owners fault. Overall was a great rental, close to a lot of things to do in the Phoenix area. We would definitely stay here again.

Family Getaway with Abundant Activities and Well-Equipped Kitchen!

The property is perfect for families. With spacious rooms and a cozy living area, everyone had their own space to relax. What truly sets this rental apart is the plethora of activities available. There was never a dull moment, from swimming in the pool to playing on the putting green. The kids particularly loved the Pac-Man game! The backyard was great for gathering with family members of all ages. The only thing we missed was not having an indoor kitchen table but the large outdoor table worked out since we had great weather. It slept 10 perfectly though the lower bunks are very low and best for kids.

Nice little spot with clean pool and hot tub

Overall a good place, the surrounding area left a little something to be desired, but regardless we felt safe and the central location was good for trips west or east for activities. Easy check in. Bed was comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. Hot tub was a nice add on for the chilly night.
