Spacious home with great outdoor space & heated pool

Welcome to this beautifully renovated property, updated in 2020 and thoughtfully furnished with everything you need to feel right at home. The newly remodeled kitchen (2024) is fully equipped with an induction stove, large refrigerator, and a stunning island, perfect for cooking and gathering. You’ll find multiple seating areas for dining and relaxing, along with three spacious bathrooms, giving everyone plenty of privacy.

Upon entry, there’s a well-equipped fitness room to keep up with your routine. The master bedroom features a generous closet, and each bedroom includes its own walk-in closet for easy organization. The living room boasts a large TV, while outside, a wonderful heated pool awaits anyone looking to unwind after exploring the nearby restaurants, golfing spots, hiking trails, and cultural attractions.

Outdoors, a full BBQ setup invites you to grill and dine under the Arizona sky. After a dip in the heated pool, settle in to watch a beautiful sunset in the backyard. In the right season, you can even pick fresh, sweet oranges from our tree! For cooler evenings, there are heaters and a cozy fire pit.

Each bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and new, comfortable mattresses, ensuring restful nights throughout your stay. We can’t wait to welcome you!

Lovely home. Location was perfect, very close to everything we needed. Our, Ina, host provided a well stocked home. There was a very pretty backyard with comfortable seating, a large grill and a heated pool. The inside was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed walking the nice neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was great. Everything we needed and then some, a swim in the pool daily, a great neighborhood for daily walks, groceries within walking distance, easy access to everything. And Ina was amazing! So helpful and responses were so prompt. if I could give this homie 6 stars I would.

Beautiful house in a convenient location

The house was clean and well-maintained, the beds were very comfortable (seemed like newer mattresses) and the location was very convenient for our needs. The kitchen was well appointed. And, we enjoyed using the home gym (quite a perk!) every day. There is a lot of shopping a short distance away (Sprouts, Whole Foods, Safeway, Natural Grocer) and a pharmacy around the corner. The pool was heated which we enjoyed when the evening temps were still cool. The property owners were responsive and helpful when we had questions. Since we were there for a longer stay, I did bring my own sheets and I'm glad I did as the house sheets were not 100% cotton which I prefer. The house is very spacious and comfortable and I would recommend it for anyone staying in the north Phoenix area.

Perfect Family Rental

Everything about the house was exactly as described in the listing if not better. It was perfect for our family for the week, including our toddler who had the best time in the back yard. We are looking forward to booking our next stay!

We spent a week with family and had a great time! The house was very comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful with the open space and it was very well stocked with everything we needed! Beds were comfortable. The outdoor space was very relaxing! Thanks!

Ina was great with communication and accommodating with questions on the pool. We all had our own rooms with comfortable king beds. The outdoor space was great for relaxing and grilling. We’d look at staying here again.

Wonderful

We stayed in this home during spring training so we could catch a few games in the area. This home had plenty of room and was exactly what we wanted in a home rental. We are from the midwest so being able to sit outside next to the pool and look at the amazong fruit trees was a plus.Location was close to many resturants and grocery stores.Nice and quiet neighborhood. We would love to stay at this property again in the bear future.

We stayed 5 nights during our granddaughter's spring break 2025. House was clean and looked recently remodeled. Heated pool was a big hit with our granddaughters. Convenient to shopping and dining. Only negative was the BBQ grill. It was too dirty to use. Glad I brought grilling sheets from home.

Lovely spacious home with great outdoor features

We had a perfect stay in this home which is both very nicely appointed, but also comfy for families with kids. We had our pups along and the fenced yard was great. We spent a lot of time poolside, since the pool is heated. Our host Ina was very helpful with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great Home with Pool

The owner was very helpful prior to our arrival with property, neighborhood and activities information. The house, beds, pool and yard were great. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood with ease of access to activities and services that are within walking distance and within 20 minutes by car. The house had adequate supplies, comfortable furniture, good AC and fans as well as a great heated pool and adjacent yard.

Thanksgiving in Phoenix

This property was amazing. The hosts were kind and quick to respond to questions, etc. There was everything and more that we needed to be comfortable and have agreat time. Not to mention everything that we needed to prepare our own Thanksgiving feast right there. Great pool and backyard. Excellent beds, etc. Also, the hosts were kind enough to mail my sons AirPods that he left back to us. Thank you Ina and Alexander. We will be back.
