Wonderful vacation rental for all travelers looking to enjoy everything the greater Phoenix area has to offer. This 2-bedroom 2-bathroom split floor plan home is located in a quiet neighborhood that is just 15-20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale and Chandler. The home offers an open kitchen/living room layout with a full set of amenities to ensure an enjoyable stay. Take in the mountain views while enjoying the 3 hole putting green!

Visiting our son over the 4th

Clean and very easy to find. Check in was very simple as was check out. Beds were comfy we used the nice barbecue and it made a pleasant base for activities around town. Easy to get to from the airport and we had the use of a garage door opener while we stayed there.

Family Find!

This was a nice home in a perfect location for my family/friend visit. Comfy beds, great to have a garage to put the car in as it was unseasonably hot. You’re near stores, restaurants and not far from the zoo and Botanical Gardens. Great spot if you have kids. (All adults for our stay). One TV (we barely used) if you’re used to them in each bedroom. Matt handled a little glitch promptly, but I can’t say the same for VRBO. Make sure you go to the Electric Pickle restaurant a few miles away.

Close to Hiking

Matt’s place is in a quiet neighborhood. It was the right size for us. The hiking that is within a couple blocks is outstanding. The home is close to stores and is centrally located.

Clean, well maintained property perfect for time with the grandkids

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The grandkids loved playing out in the back on the greens. Appreciated having a bathtub for them at night. Our granddaughter loved finding a dollhouse in the guest closet! We found everything we needed for meal prep and the house was well supplied with paper products. Nice having the access to park our vehicle in the garage. We've stayed at many places throughout Phoenix when we come to visit our son and his family. This place is smaller, but it worked out well. The neighborhood is nice, nestled up against the mountain with access to walking trails. We felt safe there and plan to stay again!

Great Location - Quiet Neighborhood & Garage!!

Such a wonderful property for our one week getaway. Great location - lots of restaurants & bars nearby, many golf courses and grocery stores too. Very quiet neighborhood removed from the busy roads. The house was very clean and had all that we needed. Highly recommend and we will be back for sure.

Quiet and relaxing

This property was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to trails near the north end of South Mountain Park and Preserve. We appreciated having the use of the garage to keep the car out of the sun. The putting green offered a nice distraction after the sun set a bit. The host was very helpful with questions and requests. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Nearly Perfect

Everything was good with this S. Mountain home with just a few hiccups. Upon Check In all the lights were out in the master bedroom and we could not find the fuse box anywhere (turns out it was on the front outside of house). So we couldn’t get ceiling fan to work in main bedroom first night and it was too hot to sleep in there. Second day we found fuse box and reset lights. The dogs loved the yard, it was a wonderful and convenient location and Matt was quick to respond. The next door neighbor was putting up a barn and started hammering at 0530 am on Saturday morning right outside the bedroom. Third night these awful alert noises went off at 1am, 2am, and 3am. Turns out it was an alarm on the refrigerator??? In spite of these minor items all and all it was a nice open space in a great location and very clean with off street parking. It has great views of S Mountain from the yard and obviously host has nothing to do with rude neighbor. We would stay again.

Absolutely Lovely Place and Host

This home was perfect. Very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The host was wonderful with communication and even stopped by to help me out with the TV. Quiet neighborhood at the base of South Mountain. Would stay again and highly recommend.
