    A mid-century modern home away from home awaits! Enjoy the pool, above-ground spa, outdoor TV, and shuffleboard in this spacious single-story home. Just north of downtown Phoenix with easy access to Scottsdale, Glendale, and more. Great hiking nearby (Shadow Mountain Trail), and just a mile from Paradise Valley. Cleanliness and hospitality are our top priorities!

    The space

    Welcome to the Phoenix Desert Oasis! Designed with vacationers in mind, this home offers the perfect space for fun, food, and lasting memories with your group.

    This home features multiple cozy living areas and a backyard oasis with an above ground spa, heated/cooled pool, grill, putting green, and stunning mountain sunsets. Enjoy pool floats, plenty of towels, loungers, and shade—everything you need to relax and unwind!

    Feel right at home in the fully renovated kitchen, stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in. Enjoy meals indoors, outside, or at the kitchen island. Drip coffee maker and French Press included!

    Mix up a drink at the bar with a wine fridge and cocktail set, play shuffleboard or board games, or unwind with your favorite show on one of the Smart TVs.

    All four bedrooms feature comfy beds, premium linens, and bedside charging ports. The Primary Suite includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity. Both bathrooms are fully stocked with essentials like shampoo, towels, and more.

    Full laundry room available with detergent provided.

    A Guest Handbook is provided with local tips and recommendations. Your local host is available throughout your stay to assist with anything you need.

    House Rules

    Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard
    Pool heat is an additional $40.00 + tax daily. Please note that during the Winter months, the electric pool heater may take longer to warm up and may not always reach the desired temperature.
    Pack Play and Highchairs - $40 each
    No pets allowed
    Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am
    Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
    This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
    Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.
    Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

    There is one security camera at the front door in a public area, used only for added security. Guest privacy is fully respected.

The property was as pictured in the ad. We had a few issues with the fridge filter and the pool cleaner but each were addressed quick and without inconvenience to us. We did inform the manager that two patio chairs were unsafe to use but that did not affect us. The house could use a few more daily use glasses. Our only real complaint was that although the house appeared to be clean when we arrived however the floors made our socks quite dirty, the area rugs were dirty in appearance and the primary bath mat was so dirty we washed it and it looked new. All the area rugs were curled up on the traffic area edges which are tripping hazards. The house has great potential but it needs some attention to cleaning details. We did not use any of the other bedrooms as there was only two of us.

We loved the house and the location. Our issues were minor but worth noting. When we got there, the kitchen sink had a leak. It had been leaking for a while because there was a bowl under the sink to collect the water. We reported it to the management company and it was fixed the next day. I think they could have done a better job with providing us more detailed information. We were instructed to put the trash in the alley behind the house but failed to supply us with the code to unlock the back gate. When it came time to leave, they did not give us the instructions on what was expected of us to avoid any additional charges. When I reached out to the management company on both issues they were very quick to respond and gave us all of the necessary information. We will definitely book the house again next trip to phoenix. We loved the house and the location!
