At The Walcott Tempe, enjoy a split floor plan with a sound-insulated master bedroom (queen bed, en suite), 2 additional bedrooms (queen bed, twin/queen bunk bed), and a spacious guest bathroom. Newly renovated kitchen. The backyard features a grassy area, a fenced pool, a fire pit, and outdoor dining, perfect for grilling and swimming. Neighborhood park with playground nearby. The main living space offers HD TV with surround sound and streaming services. Washer, dryer, and child-friendly amenities provided.

Guests will have access to the entire house except for the garage and owner's closet in the hallway.

We'll share all of our local favorites and please let us know if you need any other suggestions! We live nearby and will be available if needed, but will not be present upon check in/out.

Cross the road to the huge park, complete with playground and soccer fields. This safe, quiet, and friendly neighborhood is also near a canal path for running and biking. The Guadalupe/McClintock corner nearby has many restaurants and a bookstore.

The free Tempe city shuttle runs through our neighborhood and runs to downtown Tempe and to the Light Rail. Some bus lines run nearby, but a car is recommended.
