Great Location & Very Nice Home

Easy access to the home and lots of parking. The kitchen was well equipped and everything we needed during our stay was already there - we just brought our food and fun. Hot tub was great for evening relaxing and the covered patio was great for reading and play.

Quiet, clean, comfortable

My family visited us in the Phoenix area, so they stayed at the Kick Back Corral. They were very comfortable, and enjoyed cooking and grilling every night as well as the hottub. The house was clean with plenty of parking and close to stores (within 5 mins) and the 17. Perfect location!

Great for the whole Family

This was a great place for the family to play and just hang out together. We enjoyed the pool and ping pong tables as well as the swings out back. Fresh fruit as well as as unexpected amenities like laundry detergent, spices for cooking, and toiletries were a great additional touch.

Peace & Quiet

Came here for a golf trip so we didn't spend a whole lot of time here, but the property was very clean and what we needed when we were done golfing. It was great to just kick back when were done and just relax and not here all the hustle and bustle that you would in town. The layout of the property was very unique and we did get to rest outside and enjoy the various spots to sit and relax. Would definitely stay here again for a trip like this in the future.

Perfect family fun

This house is perfect for a family looking for the comforts of home, and hanging out and playing games! Everything was exactly where you need it, and fully furnished. Nicely organized. Only issue would be a lack of response from the property manager, but we did get it settled (issue with the alarm code and couldn't unlock to open doors!). Overall super nice, great place! Would book again if ever in Phoenix again!

Relaxing

I was in town on business and enjoyed my stay at this residence. It has all the amenities you could want including the little comforts you may forget to pack. The home was very clean and had a very welcoming fragrance upon first entering the home. The propane tank on the gas grill was empty so I wasn’t able to grill outdoors as I wanted but all in all the stay was wonderful and I would book it again.

Our family had a great time in your home!! Too many of them to stay with us in Anthem so this was the perfect solution for our extra family members. What a great place for families, you have everything to keep them entertained. Absolutely perfect. Thank you so much for sharing it!!

Nice place

The house and property are great. Very clean and well maintained. The reason we are giving four stars and not five is due to the neighbor and the cameras. The neighbor is a complete a$$hole, he came out of his house and screamed at us because we were enjoying the patio and the lights (that are automatic) were bothering him. This was about 11:00pm and we were being quiet, he could have come out and just asked and we would have gladly went inside. Instead he was a jerk and made our time enjoying the backyard and patio awkward. The other issue was all the cameras. They say it’s for our safety, but that is clearly not true. The cameras are pointed at all the things you can do in the backyard, pool table, horseshoe pits, bocce ball court, fire pit, and hot tub. We were kind of creeped out knowing we were being watched the whole time. Most of the cameras were not pointed in a direction that would ensure our safety, they were simply to watch what was going on. Again, the place was very nice and clean. Had a lot of fun things to do in the backyard as long as you don’t upset the neighbor. We enjoyed the stay, but would not rent here again.

AZ Desert Getaway

This house and property was perfect for our visit to the desert. Plenty of room and entertainment for the whole group. Wild enough to get visits from rabbits, quail, owls, lizards and the horses next door. What a great experience.

We had a great time. We were in Arizona for the holidays. Our grandchildren had so much fun in the backyard as well as the adults. The house was clean and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Comfortable with plenty of amenities with room for improvement

The house is setup great! The amenities were on point and the space was very comfortable and functional. A great yard with lots of things to keep you busy. Beds were pretty comfortable too. My main concern was cleanliness, I think there was plenty of room for improvement. I also feel the cleaning fee is high, I have vacation rentals myself and I don’t ask guests to strip their beds or wash the dishes (plus as a guest I want to know a cleaning service washed the dishes not the last person who may not have the same standards) combining the request for the guests to do things they wouldn’t at a hotel with an early checkout time of 10am really made the high cleaning fee burn a little. Overall it was great, we’d still return and recommend.

Desert Ranch Peacefulness

My husband and I love the Az landscape. Perfectly located to Cave Creek, Carefree & Anthem communities. Great walking trails near by. Beautiful April weather... not too hot. Wonderful getaway property well supplied with families in mind.

Great place

Three friends and I stayed here for a golf trip and loved it. The hot tub and the ping pong/pool tables were a great way to relax and unwind after a long day in the sun. It's a bit out of the way but was worth the drive for us.
